I've been reading the reviews about this ball and considering this is the ball that I play, I felt I should put in my 2 cents worth. This is the best 2-piece ball on the market. It is perfect if you have a low ball flight due to it's slightly higher spin rate than most 3-piece balls. It has a soft feel when struck solidly and is responsive. For those who can't spin this ball, you may want to try to hit it more solidly, since its not urethane, hence not as forgiving as a Pro V1 or Callaway iX. This is not a miracle ball (no ball is) but if you do your part, it will fly straight and stop on a dime. I can pull the string with a wedge just like a Pro V1, but the difference is that it doesn't come back 30 feet off the green. I know all the high handicappers out there think that spinning a ball 20 feet is awesome but the real story is to get it to stop pin high. Hit it so that it takes a hop and checks next to the flag and save some money. Check that, spend the money on more of these AD333 and go practice!!!

Customer Service

Outstanding. The Srixon company has much to prove in the US and is happy to work with it's customers.

This ball is awesome! I have practically tried all the different types of balls available in the market and this is the best for it's price range. This is the last brand of ball which I have tried.

The ball fly straight off the driver and it gives an extra 20m distance. On the green, it produces a hop and short roll to the pin. For putting, it rolls straight and true.

I usually looses 2 to 3 balls each round but I managed to use one ball for the whole round and I achieved my best score of 83 last week.

I strongly recommend that you try out this ball if you are looking for a range just below Pro V.

Read the reviews about these balls n had to try them out.
They are by far the best ball in there price range! better any titleist maxfli nike callaway etc.
Go miles off the driver soft feel off the irons and when chipping.
Feel pretty good with putts too.
And i can get them to sit down n check so dont know why people seem to be criticing.
Of course they dont do things aswell as a pro v1 does, no ball does!!!!
Its not fair to compare them realy the srixon ball to take on the pro v1 isnt this model.
but for the price of these and what there up against price wise there second to none trust me

Bought these on a whim. Personally, I can't justify the prices charged for high end golf balls when I don't have a "high end" game (5.0 index). However, I absolutely love the AD333. Yeah, it doesn't back up like a ProV1, but I don't want that anyway. It checks up for what I need (one hop & stop). Distance is better than most. The best part of this ball is the feel it has when putting. I don't like the RocFlite feel, or something insanely soft. The AD333 is ideal for my game.

This ball is a rubber rock. If you are going to play with it, you are going to have to commit with practicing with it. It is very hot off the face for driver and irons but hard feeling. I just could not get on with playing something so different than most of the other balls. The first time I used it was when I lost a prov1 and subbed it with HX hot. That was an utter mistake! Also pitching and chippping was difficult to judge. Never bought it again. I found similar problems when I originally used the warbird but the HX hot multipled the hard feeling by a huge amount.

Customer Service

they are not exaggerating on Callaway's website. However its the hard feel that isn't emphasised

i am 14 years old with a 15 handicap,my swing speed is about 80-85 mph,i just shot my best round today(79)and kept the same the whole round, i found this ball was quite durable, after 18 holes it had minor marks but nothing to major. My one complaint about this ball was spin, maybe my swing speed wasnt enough to spin this ball, but it wasnt to bad, usually from where it landed it would roll about another foot or foot and a half no back spin though. All in all has nice feel and durability but to much spin, the prov1 is the master for spin

I have tried numerous balls and this one is tops for value. As far as performance, it has given me about 10 yards more with the driver, it has a nice feel off the irons and, contrary to some others, it gives me a real true roll on the green (Ping G5). The one criticism I can agree with is spin; it will not check up like some other balls. That said, I won't be switching any time soon.

Generally, I really like this ball, and it certainly gives you value for money:

DISTANCE
Great off the driver, can't complain off the irons

DURABILITY
Others have complained of problems with the AD333 on this note but I found damage to the cover to be very reasonable, even on blatantly bad shots.

IRON SPIN/GREEN CONTROL
This is where I start taking off marks. Found that even short irons failed to generate the kind of stop I like, and I NEVER have problems prudcing spin with other balls. I like a ball to check-up on a clean chip and the AD333 doesn't offer much at all

PUTTING
Didn't like the feel off the putter and, being an amateur, this did eventually get to me through the round.

Generally though, a decent ball and certainly top draw for value for money. If you are an aggressive golfer who likes to attack pins, this ball isn't going to do you justice.

Tried this on a links course along with the noodle, NXT Tour, and laddie. This won hands down. I hit my driver consistently 230m to 250m but got out to 300 with a little wind the other day! This ball has a lovely high trajectory with my driver and feels nice when I putt. I'm not good enough to spin a ball on a chip to get it to stop. I probably don't have the right club to do this. But the AD333 was at least as good as the NXT Tour around the green.

I picked these up based on the reviews, this past weekend. I'll preface my comments with the knowledge that I'm not a good golfer(yet) but am starting to notice different aspects of the game more clearly. Anyhow, I loved this ball. I didn't hit too well with my driver(how many 25+ handicaps do?), but the ball felt very nice coming off my irons. I never truly felt comfortable putting with it, but then again, I was playing on a wet course and my lack of putting ability probably was the culprit, rather than the ball:( I've been trying out just about every ball there is the past 2-3 months, and I this is definitely one that played beyond my expectations. Defeinite recommend.
