Oh boy! I am so happy I got these clubs. I am only 13 and can hit these clubs pretty well. I have only been to the range once and they felt so good. I have noticed lots of reviews have said these are cold and hard when struck. Well maybe if they went to the range a few times and practiced with them they would realize that when struck properly these have a buttery soft feel. Those guys who say you have to be a single digit handicapper don't know what they're talking about. I often shoot in the hundreds but I don't find these that hard to hit. It could be because I practiced with my brothers ta3's but that just shows if you practice you will be able to hit these in no time. These clubs also look great. One of the best parts about these clubs is how much I paid. I got them for 325 canadian(Thats like 1 cent american, lol). So if you ever get a chance to gets these babies for cheap get em no matter what level golfer you are. Don't ever get any oversized junk like the callaway vft irons. Customer Service Wildrose Golf is the best golf store around. Even better than Golf Town. Similar Products Used: Cleveland TA3, Tommy Armour 845 Stripe, Wilson Fat Shafts(Junk) |

I am a current professional challenge tour golfer from Florida and have played at the highest level of amateur golf in America and these irons are testament to this achievement. I first started playing these irons at the age of 14 (im 18 now) and was stuck at a handicap of 3, and in just four enjoyable years i managed to reduce my handicap to +3! due to the fact that these irons are easy to shape in both directions and have the almost the best feel in any iron i have played. The feeling when the ball is struck sweetly out of the centre is amazing and the ball obtains a magnificent trajectory especially when hitting the ball from left to right. I have recently changed my irons the Mizuno Mp33''s and although the Mizuno is a better iron they are not recommended for anybody else but the low handicap golfer and they are very expensive too, but for the price that you can pick up a set of Titleist 962''s for now they are probably the most ideal iron in the world at the moment to use. Customer Service Great Titleist customer service i have used there service several times and it has always been exceptional Similar Products Used: Titleist 975D Driver, Titleist 975J Driver, Titleist Vokey Wedges, Titleist Scotty Cameron Putter |

For the first time in my life I managed to draw the ball when I intended to. I have dumped my slice and I love hitting the long irons. Many reviews mention that this club promotes development and this is exactly my case. I have never practised as much as now, because I enjoy swinging the clubs. They always tell exactly what kind of a hit you have made which makes you learn so much that your swing automatically improves. Hitting these clubs is a learning process I have never experienced before. Consequently, my shots are longer and straighter and I always seem to have a birdie or par putt on every green. Before the end of this season I expect to be a single digit handicapper. I bought the clubs used from a friend, so if you happen to see them up for sale, don''t hesitate. They''re very good value used. The new 762 seems very similar otherwise. Customer Service No experience Similar Products Used: Wilson Staff Progressive, MacGregor Muirfield 20th |

These clubs are ambitious for high handicappers period. I use to have some PingISI''s with considerable offset, these clubs have a lot less. Depending on the shaft you have on your clubs, the weight can vary considerably. I have the sensicore shafts(benchmark shafts) which clearly make my clubs heavier, please be aware as it changes everything. At first, my score index was shooting into the 120''s. I could not simply hit them and was becoming frustrated(mainly shanks, and low slices). When you finally hit them solidly, you see where the money went. After a month of playing with them, my scores are pretty much where they usually are-- mid, high 90s range. These clubs take time to get used too, put the feedback is unbelievable. You''ll begin to know way before the shot is in the air whether you''ve struck them solidly or not. These clubs may not work for people with slow swing speeds as they have soft metal clubfaces resulting from them slicing and distance loss. I never really went to the driving range all that much in my golf past. After buying these clubs, I want to go all the time because they are ambitious clubs with laser shots when well struck. Not a good set to purchase, if you want to stay in your comfort hacker zone. I believe they are a good fit for anyone who wants to improve and take their game to the next level little by little. Im still using the wedges to get more comfortable with the feel, but I''m sure other brands are still making better products(cleveland). So if you do decide to go Titleist 962''s, give them a chance, it takes time, and certain pros use to or still use them (Brad Faxon may still use the bladed version 962b). Dont even consider the bladed version for a while, not how long you''ve been playing but how well do you really strike the ball? Like I said I use to own some PingISI''s, black dot, I probably would still hit those better today, but you will only get so much better if you don''t have the club feedback which is so important in swing mechanics. If you need offset, go with pings period. But if you want a set that''ll be there tomorrow when you''re striking the ball much better, this set is a possible way to go. They''re relatively cheap on ebay. Customer Service Not applicable Similar Products Used: Ping ISI |

I didn''t buy these, but a guy on my old Mull. tour did, he went from 90''s golf to 115+ immediately. The day we competed, I shot 89 on a tough course (big-boy tees), he duffed almost 60% of the shots. He was thinking he got good with the oversize and decided to get these on sale - big mistake. Be smart - Get the TM 320 or 360 and cut strokes. 962 will improve nothing and increase index hugely. Customer Service Good Similar Products Used: oversize no-name junk |

These aren''t the easiest irons in the world to hit, but they will make you a better player. I have 2-9 irons and PW, gap wedge and lob wedge. When you hit a solid shot with these, it feels great (which is to say you don''t feel anything). When you hit it fat or thin, you''ll know it, but it''s always better to be be thin with these. The sweet spot is closer to the heel, so be sure to keep it there. The clubs look nice and play great once your game comes around. once i started hitting my 3- and 4-irons consistently, i started breaking 90. Not a bad starter set if you want an accurate measure of your swing and aren''t ready to plunk down $1,200 for graphite custom-fit Callaway VFTs. |

When hit well, these clubs are very rewarding. It is easy to shape shots left and right, but I tend to shank these like no other club, and I''ve literally played almost all of them. It''s probably me, but I can''t stop hitting them off the hossel. I''ve never had that problem with any other clubs I''ve ever played. I played Wilson Staff blades. I was able to shape shots left and right just like the DCIs but never once hit a ball off the hossel. I owned a set about a year and a half ago and had the same problem. I really liked the look of these clubs, so I bought another set hoping it was a fluke. I spent a month trying to go a whole day either on the range or on the course without catching the shanks and finally gave up today. I''m going back to my old trusty King Cobra Tours. They may not be as glam as the DCIs but I shoot consistently in the 80s and sometimes dip lower. I couldn''t break 100 with the DCIs. After the 3rd or 4th hole I''d catch the shanks and be scared to even take a swing. None I purchased these irons when I was 14 and continue to be impressed by the combination of consistency and feel that these clubs offer. I cannot say enough about this set and recommend them for all players. They were the first irons that managed to capture the feel of a blade and the consistency of perimeter weighted iron. I have recently traded these clubs in for some Special Grind forged irons by Titleist but I would feel comfortable playing with either set. You can''t go wrong when buying anything with the Titleist name on it. Similar Products Used: All other Titleist irons. |

None I have played the 962s for three seasons now (approximately 100 rounds of golf). My previous clubs were Canadian-made Dyancasts, heavy cavity backs with a very wide sole and a deep cavity. They were long and very forgiving but every shot felt the same regardless of result. The 962s are different in several respects. First, the feel is buttery smooth when hit on the sweetspot and stinging harsh when mis-hit. Given that Titleist has placed the sweetspot on the 962s closer to the heel on these clubs than perhaps other brands, if you are not properly fitted for these clubs or you just hit your clubs way out on the toe then you will probably feel the sting of a mis-hit. For some this is positive feeback, for others it is an insult to an already bad swing. Second, these clubs are remarkably consistent in feel, distance and direction from club to club. That being said, as middle handicapper I found the lack of forgiveness in the long irons to be an issue sometimes. This year I will replace the 3 iron in my bag with a 7 wood, which is something a lot of middle handicappers would benefit from (just love that 3 iron if I can''t hit it pure all the time). If you do have your "A" swing on the course with you, these clubs are a joy to play with. You can really dial in your approaches with confidence, both for distance and direction. Although I have played these clubs for three seasons, I see no reason to change. As my swing has evolved, they seem to assist in reinforcing what a nice tight shot pattern should look and feel like. Before, I never once drew the ball with my cavity backs. Now, my predominant shot is a slight draw. If you do decide to buy these clubs, go through the process of having them fitted for you (mine are 1 inch over and four degrees upright) as ill-fitted clubs regardless of quality will not help your game and may even hurt it by causing you to adjust your swing to fit the club. Customer Service Haven''t done a thing to them except regrip them. Similar Products Used: I have hit the Maxfli Revolutions. Similar design but much softer feel. Many prefer the Maxflis to the Titleists because of their feel. |

None Let me just start by saying I love these clubs. I have read several reviews on this site which suggested that these clubs are not forgiving enough. I would have to disagree. Although these are not the most forgiving clubs on the market, they are great if you are seriously interested in improving your game. If you mis-hit a ball with these irons you will know it by the sound and feel. It is great for improving your swing and making you a better golfer. If you hit it in the sweet spot, these clubs will carry the ball a long way. If you are like me and do not like big bulky oversized clubheads and want to get feedback from your clubs, then give these irons a try. If you want are simply after the most forgiving club on the market then you should look elsewhere. I have been hitting the ball much straighter and farther since I bought these clubs last month. These irons will stay in my bag for quite some time. Customer Service No reason to contact yet. Similar Products Used: Golfsmith, Northwestern, Wilsons, and more. |
