Great combination of a blade-like look with excellent forgiveness. Very good distance, feel is almost as good as a forged iron, but not quite....after playing several sets of irons in the last year, I think these will stay in the bag. I recently got these irons to replace my old Wilson crapo set, and I could not be happier. I shopped around for a long long time, trying everything from the RAC OS's to all sorts of Clevelands. I found the LT's to not only be the best looking, but also to have the best feel of any the other clubs. Now as far as hitting the ball, its just a matter of taste with the OS's or a TA6 or TA7, but overall, the LT's are clearly the best. They have just a tiny bit of offset, enought to make a difference, but not enough to be noticed. You can work the ball any way you want, something much more difficult to do with the OS's. But be warned, if you don't have a pretty nice swing, you might find yourself in trouble when you are trying to hit these clubs. In that case, maybe go for the OS's or a TA6. The only complaint I have is with the standard gripps. They don't really grip your hands all that well, and if you have just a bit of sweat on your palms and no glove, the club could easily slide right out of your hands on your follow through. Otherwise though, I love my new Lt's, and I strongly suggest anyone take a look at them if they are in the market for a new set of irons. Before I bought this set of clubs, I was using Callaway Hawkeye VFT. Bought RAC-LT 3 months ago and began to see my score drop from avg 128 to avg 98's. 1. Forgiving These clubs are extremely forgiving. It picks balls off very crisp and smoothly with just enough feedback to let you know if you've hit it well or not. If you miss the sweet spot, your hands won't be punished with any pain either. And if you felt you've hit it solid, you can be sure you've absolutely did. 2. Address The design of the RAC LT's thin design will give you the confidence that your shot will be crisp and clean. I tried trying irons that are fat by design and couldn't ever feel comfortable with it anymore. 3. Distance These clubs shoot about 20 yards further than when I used the VFTs. I've also see a lot less hooks/slices. Overall, I've very pleased with my decision to use this club. |

I was using the titleist 762 irons last year which are awesome clubs with great feel really similar to the rac lt's. I went to the range and tried out the lt's and immediately felt a better feeling club. They come with rifle shafts which helped out even more in my decision. I've used alot of clubs and these are by far the best yet. Similar Products Used: taylor made burner, titleist dci 762, Mizuno mp grads, mizuno mp 33, |

That is very nice club, even i also feel nice about my Macgregor 1025 R300. Maybe my current level problem, with LT Par-3 1 strike on green is 70%+, and with 1025M only 30%+. :-( Maybe flex problem, but 1025M often hits ball at toe, and LT easy hits ball at spot! I like it! so great! I played it 1 round, but feel so great, even i can break 90! I just worry the plastic insert could be kept inside long time, stick enough? I was not even looking for new irons, but I hit a RAC LT 7 iron at the range and a week later I had a set in the bag. The feel is outstanding - better than my previous forged irons. Distance is a club longer than what I had been playing. Don't let the LT (Low Trajectory) fool you, these are not difficult at all to get up in the air. They just don't balloon like some irons when you really go after one. These are cavity backs that feel great, and they are not oversized. They look a lot like 'player CB's' at address, with a relatively thin topline and little offset. As bad as I need forgiveness, I cannot bring myself to play the ultra-forgiving irons that look huge and clunky at address. These provide a lot of forgiveness without the oversize iron look at address. YMMV, but my third round with these was yesterday, and I went out and beat my PB by four strokes. Can't wait to get back out on the course with these. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Precept Tour Premium CB's, Mizuno Grad MP, Hogan Apex Edge (2001), Titleist DTR, TM Firesole |

These clubs ROCK! I am 14, and last year I played with some crappy, oversized Tour Edge irons. I needed somthing new for golf season this year, and I detassaled for 2 weeks and bought the clubs. The very first shot I hit was a 200 yard 5 iron. WOW. That is all I have to say. These clubs are so forgiving and workible at the same time! There are a couple of dog legs on my local course, and you absolutley have to work the ball. I was going to buy the OS irons, but they were too bulky and had too much offset. If you are a beginnger and a slicer, got for the OS. But if you want distance, forgivness, and the workability of a blade, the Taylor Made RAC LT irons are for you! Have Fun! |

Excellent Irons. Soft feel and good looking. I compared to my old DCI 962 and gained atleast one club in distance during the first round(I3=200y). The ball does really fly lower which was the reason that i tried these clubs since i shoot really high with the DCI:s. The shaft seem a bit longer than my old which could explain the longer shots. I had a terrible time trying to hit these. I was so disapointed, they look great and they feel great. I was just sure I was going to love them. The first couple rounds I couldn't hit them at all, even when it felt solid the ball flew 10 to 20 yards less then my old clubs(8 yr. old king cobra nock-offs). I went back to my old irons and when my swing was really solid I tryed them again. I hit them better but the ball flew much higher then my old set and off center hits flew 10 to 20 yards less then my old set. |

Whar can I say. I've been trying alot of clubs lately and these arae by far the best Ive seen. Since they are new I thought I would give them a try. I havent owned cavity backed irons in a while. Previously owned KZG blades and Titleist MB's. Tehse are much more consistent. Not to much distance lost on off center hits. Would recommend getting the Dyn. Gold shafts. The stock shafts are a little to limber. I have x100's in mine and they are perfect. Played about 3 rounds now and hit 100's of balls with them. These just make golf fun.
