I bought these in 2001 when I had started playing golf again after 27 years. In March of 2003, I switched to Callaway Big Berthas looking for a boost to my iron play, but 4 months later I am back to the TaylorMade 320s (i actually use the 360 model for 5,6,7 irons, and the 300 model in AW,SW,LW). I credit the Callaways with helping me find my swing and giving me some confidence, but they just don't have the power, spin or the incredible feel of the TaylorMades. Now that I am hitting irons much better, I MUCH prefer the sleek and elegant feel of the 320s a thousand times over. |

Excellent irons. I was looking to upgrade from my Ping ISI-K irons and really liked the look of the 320s. I only hit about a dozen balls into a net in the shop before I bought them. Got a great price at the end of the year. They are about a club longer that my ISI-K and more forgiving on mis-hits. I've gone from shooting in the mid to upper 90s to shooting in the low to mis 80s. If you can find a set, buy 'em. Customer Service Not needed. Similar Products Used: Ping ISI-K (steel shaft) |

FINALLY A REAL REPLACEMENT FOR THOSE OF US WHO LOVED THE EARLY 90'S DCI'S AND TOMMY ARMOUR'S. SO MANY OF US WENT LOOKING FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE MORE UP TO DATE AND PROBABLY WENT THROUGH ALL KINDS OF STUFF TRYING TO RECAPTURE THE PLAYABILITY OF THOSE CLASSICS. HERE IS THE CLUB THAT HAS THAT AWESOME PLAYABILITY WITH GREAT FEEL, GOOD HEAD WEIGHT AND A TOUCH MORE FORGIVENESS. SETS UP GREAT, AWESOME TRAJECTORY, CLASSIC LOOKS AT ADDRESS. MOST MID HANDICAPPERS END UP WITH EITHER BLADES WE CANT PLAY OR GAME IMPROVEMENT CLUBS THAT DONT GIVE THE FEEDBACK WE NEED TO IMPROVE. IS THAT WHY WE ARENT IMPROVING? I SKIPPED OVER THESE SEVERAL TIMES BUT ONE ROUND WAS ALL IT TOOK TO HOOK ME. I bought them after trying many sets at our local pro shop. I purchased on ebay after finding what I wanted. Saved myself around $200.00. I had previously played Taylor Mades Burner oversize in Stiff flex Bubble shafts. I never expected these clubs to be that much better than the Burners. They are. Smooth feeling from one club to the next. With the Burners after my 6 iron, I could not tell the difference in distance from one club to the next. Very consistant Irons. The Flighted rifle shafts support this point trememdously. The variance in shaft bend point and stiffness from shaft to shaft creates the ball flight I have looked for for years. It is not like I have played rounds and rounds with these clubs. I got these delivered less then 12 hours ago. As soon as they arrived, I went to the driving range. Hit one bucket and new I had to hit the course. I did it running. Not one double bogey on the course after 2 rounds strait. I usually get one per round. It boils down to this. If you have confidence in your iron play. You will strike the ball cleaner and get the results you need. I can't wait to check my handycap over this year. Customer Service Emailed about some shaft bands for replacement, received Email of pending reply. Similar Products Used: Taylor Made Burner Oversize. Titleist DCI oversize. Callaway Steelhead. I upgraded from some cheap unbranded clubs and I thought I'd go for some 'good' clubs to avoid another upgrade in the near future. I get a nice solid contact with these. When I hit them well, I hit them well. However they're not that forgiving. I think I should have improved a little more before purchasing them. Probably better suited for someone consistently in the nineties. |

These are the best irons in the world. I was in the market for new irons since in was into my third year of playing and still had cheapo $150 set of Driver-PW clubs :-). I was looking for a set when i came across these. I looked at the tag which said $599. There was no way i could afford them so i just hit them in the test room and loved them. I figured i would have to wait at least another year before they came down. Just then the RAC irons came out and these went on sale for $399. I jumped at the offer and bought them on the spot. I have the S-90 shaft and i love them. I am only 16 and i am hitting the 5 iron 190+ yards. When you hit the ball it feels like you hit it dead center every time. I like the forgiveness that they provide me with since i dont always strike the ball dead center. Go get these clubs @ Dick's if you are looking for a great deal on an AWESOME set of clubs!!! |

This iron set is just like Craig Ehlo: pretty good at just about everything. The set is decently long, feel is somewhat muted and quite soft, forgiveness is very adequate if you're a decnt ballstriker. Just a very nice midrange set that can do it all. Your excuses about your clubs are no longer valid with the 320s, as they have no serious weakness. If in the market for a mid to low handicappers set, and realize that blades really aren't for people who can't play more than 1-2 times a week, then go hit these. That being said, the Rifle shafts are ever so slightly weaker than my old DGs, and hit the ball higher, which is not a bad thing, necessarily - just letting you know. These irons are great.I just bought them yesterday and used them today for the first time. The copper insert really helped get the ball off the ground. I hit the 3 irons about 245 off the tee today so i am pleased. very forgiving. I like the feel of the club, not to hard on the hands. These clubs are a great buy for the price and i would recommend them to anyone. Customer Service na Similar Products Used: ping eye irons |

I bought these around Thanksgiving at a golf shop that was selling out their stock and wasn't really in the market for new irons, but just messing around I asked to hit them and they were hands down FLUSH. These irons are very solid and I loft the feel of them. I hade them reshafted with the Dynamic Gold S-400U because the rifles and I dont get along to well and haven't regreted it one bit. These are very solid like irons that play like a blade with a lot of forgiveness. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Moving from the Ben Hogan Apex's these feel as if the sweet spot is about the size of a grapefruit. I absolutely love these irons and they have given me a lot more consistency. I have played 5 rounds with them and the scores tell it all. 81-79-80-78-82. I have drove and putted the ball better but the approaches have been right on target. They give me feel and distance (7iron 170-175). Love them to death!!! GREAT CLUB. Customer Service Haven't dealt with TaylorMade but they make a great product.
