Nothing but positive things to say about these clubs. They are extremely forgiving. They are good looking and easy to line up. Most importantly, it is a big advantage that you can get these things fit to you.

Customer Service

Not so much the manufacturer but I did get fit at my local driving range. I think it made a difference and was probably worth the extra it cost to buy the clubs through a club. The clubs were backordered at the time of purchase but were delivered by Ping to the pro shop in under the time the pro shop quoted me. Very please with both the shop and the manufacturer.

Great clubs! I purchased the 4 thur UW regular flex steel Cushin shafts since my iron swing average's 85 MPH. I also opted for a 5 wood instead of a 3 iron since I have trouble hitting long irons. Now I wish I had purchased the 7 wood and forgotten the 4 iron. This is my third set of clubs in two years since getting the golf bug. This is my first premium brand set. These are the keepers. They are so easy to hit. They go where I aim them and the ball fight is what you expect for the swing you put on the ball. Now I can raise my game since these clubs have raised my expecations. The finish and assembly on the clubs are first rate. The clubs set up very quickly and are easy to aim. Very forgiving (I need that with my swing). I went from hitting in the 120's to averaging 105 after purchasing these clubs and the matching i3 fairway woods. (Sorry Ping I can not justify the cost of the TiSi driver YET!) Get fit and Go Ping! I did and I am glad I did. Skip the beginner sets and go staight to the fitted Ping's.

Customer Service

The Ping fitter was very good at helping me pick the right set up.

I got these clubs on yahoo autions for a great deal. I saw them in a store for $900.00!!!. However they are worth $900.00. I hit the long irons straight and long and i have great control with the short irons around the green. Very forgiving. Excellent Clubs.

Purchased last Autumn and have only managed about 10 rounds since thanks to our excellent weather here in England. I love these sticks, hitting very consistantly, especially the short irons. Guess this down to being custom fitted - 2 degrees upright, JZ stiff steel plus an extra 1/2 inch length. Hit my first rounds below 90 recently and looking forward to seeing my handicap tumble this summer. One point, I agree with many reviews that these are slightly shorter in distance than other brands, but the confidence these clubs give you is more than a compensation. Please with my purchase.

Great club! I used to have Cleveland TA4's and those were great, but it doesn't compare with the i3's. I got custom fitted and i strongly recommend getting custom fitted, trust me, it makes a difference. The club has great feel and is easy to hit. It takes a horrible swing to get these clubs off line.

I owned the Ping i3's for about 6 months
but just sold them. I LOVED the long irons. They were easy to hit straight, high, and long. Perfect as driving irons as well. What I did not like was
the muted feedback and the short irons. I never felt like I could really "clip" or "pinch" the irons off
the ground from around the green. They have such a rounded leading edge that it makes it difficult on touch shots. I don't know if the i3 Blades are better but if they are I would reccommend the Blade 7-PW. Also, the feedback....there is almost a hollow feeling when hitting many shots, not the crisp feeling I was hoping for. Overall, they are still great irons but I think the Ben Hogan Apex Plus' that I purchased are going to make me a better player

I owned these clubs for over 6 months
but just sold them. I did LOVE the long irons - they are easy to hit long
and high and they can be perfect driving irons !! My problem was the feedback and the short irons.. I did not like the "muted" feedback. I also though the short irons were tough to chip with.
I never felt like the clubs could really
"clip" or "pinch" the ball off the ground. Maybe the blades are better but I decided to go with the new Ben Hogan's and have been incredibly pleased !!!

Quite a good looking club (better than any other Ping that I've hit). Thicker topline than others but nothing ridiculous. Club has a lot of offset which I found a little disconcerting.

Very easy to get the ball up and straight, with a tendancy to draw. Extremely forgiving - you would really need to put an ugly swing on these clubs to miss the fairway. Good tradjectory, with distance pretty much what I expected.

What I didn't like about these clubs was the sound and feedback. Every shot sounded to me like a hollow "thunk", rather than a crisp "thwack". Good hits and mis-hits sounded and felt almost the same. You're not punished for bad shots by these clubs, but you're not rewarded for good shots.

I ended up buying the Maxfli Revolution Midsize irons - see my review for that club.

What can I say, I love these clubs. They have seen so many beutiful shots I can't keep count. These clubs have a great crisp feel @ impact and the head has a little more heft than most irons (I like you may not). Easy to control and very forgiving. These helped me shoot my first round in the 70s(what a great moment!) Every bit worth the money. I highly suggest going to ping and being fit for these, it makes all the difference in the world. 5 stars baby!!!

The irons hit great. They are very accurate and produce a lot of distance. They are very easy to hit. These irons are very well made and I havent had a problem yet. If I had to go buy a new set of irons, I would buy the Ping i3 again.
