Have played around 15 rounds with my new blades, at first didn't like the distance, but distance has increased since then. Shot my best rounds (73 & 75) of my life with these clubs and real happy with the feel. Never thought I would fit into Blades, but had to golf shops fit me to make sure and both came up with the Blade model. I'm much more control with my irons than ever before. Make sure you get custom fitted.

I was very disappointed with these irons all together. The impact area has a very dead feeling and the accuracy with these irons were not as good as other irons out there. The only thing that I liked about this club was the weight to the club head.

These clubs are the best i've ever hit. They put so much spin on the ball. The Ping custom fitting is the way to go.

I reviewed these clubs back in October when I first got them and really hadn't spent any time on the course with them. Although I hit them well at first, I was probably just giddy about getting a new set of clubs.

Well now the true test has come. I have about 20 rounds under my belt with my i3's and I can honestly evaluate them. Lets just say this: These are the best irons made...bar none! If you dont think you can hit a blade, then opt for the O-size that has more offset. But I chose the blade because I never did get used to my old Ping Eye 2's with all of that offset. I also wasnt impressed by any of the "oversized" game-improvement B.S. that was out there.

Whatever it is, I have actually improved my game with these clubs. I have already beat my old personal best 3 times since I put the i3's in my bag, and broke 80 twice (78 and 77 respectively). That doesnt even tell the whole story. If I could putt, those scores would have been lower (but that another story!). I always knew I had the potential to shoot low scores, but now I have not only the potential, but the tools as well.

Like other reviewers have said...I now find myself trying to get close to the pin rather than just aiming for the green. Thats a big difference.

So thanks Ping for again uping the ante when it comes to club making!

Very good iron, it has all you could want. Good looks, good feel, workable and forgiving but you can tell were you hit it and it has huge distance.

I have had my i3 Blades for about two weeks now and really love them. I don't practice or play enough to hit a true blade, and I don't care for the oversized, game improvement clubs such as the X-14s. I think the i3 Blade is a good compromise. They are fairly forgiving. But the great thing is you can aim at the flag instead of just being happy about being on the green. I didn't always feel like I could be precise with the X-14s, even with a perfect swing. I wouldn't recommend the blade for anyone with more than an 8-10 handicap, but I do think Ping has produced a great club. Like everyone else says, try all the clubs that you think you'd like and then make sure you're fitted properly. A good fit does make a difference.

Irons have great feel with Cushin shaft, easy to hit fades and draws. Able to bring ball in high and land soft. Club sets up nicely with less offset, a first for Ping. Ping customer service is top notch.

Customer Service

Second to none, answer all questions thorougly and are courteous.

I have had these irons for a month now, and I must say I am completely hooked on them. They go exactly where you aim, before with X12 Callaways I was happy to get on the green, with these I can genuinely go for the pin, even when it's in a tough position I feel confident in getting really close.
I was looking for something to take my game to the next level, I have swapped driver and irons together and dropped 5 shots in as few weeks! All in all a really good club for "players" wanting that bit more.

I have had these irons for about a month now, and played with them about 5 rounds. I am going to the Ping factory in UK for custom fitting next week, but I will be loathe to let them "tinker" too much; I have found my groove with them now and I am absolutely delighted with their performance. In the past I have just been happy to be on the green in regulation, now I really feel confident to go for the pin all the time! Any club that can make you feel this way must be doing its job. I've used Ram, Callaways, Titleist, Ping ISIs, but none as good as these, they'll be in my bag forever!!!!!!!

Customer Service

I went to the factory for c/fitting with my last set of Pings, the service, advice is absolutely incredible, all for nothing!!!

Great clubs. Easy to work the ball, can stop the ball on a dime and extremely responsive. The blade is very forgiving and it's less offset is a must for someone with a natural draw. You can't go wrong with these clubs.

Make sure you are custom fit, I used the static fit on Ping's website and ended up with a set that didn't work for my game. Ping's customer service was very helpful and made the needed corrections in a timely manner at no additional cost.

Customer Service

Extremely helpful and timely in their response.
