If you haven't tried this club you're missing out on the best iron on the market. The sweet crushing feel/sound of the ball at impact is great. These should be outlawed for the amount on backspin/stoping power you get with these irons. Simply put the most consistent irons on the market. I will say it will take a couple of rounds to get used to them, but once the break in period is over you'll never regret buying them!

Im a student at St Andrews Uni and saw and fell in love with these irons there. Got them custom fitted (inch longer, 2 degrees upright) as that is very important .
From the moment i walked up to the ball with the 6 iron i knew these clubs were something special. Just hit that ball and watch it fizz into the air at the pin.... then suck back like a nutter on a bungee cord!! SUPERB!! They also hit a club longer than my old Titleists. To put the icing on the cake these clubs sit beutifully and have a quality smooth finish. Grips are also excellent. I would definatly recommend these irons to any serious player due to the all round shot making opportunities and forgivness.
To sum up i think the Old Course is getting angry as im getting too many shots back due to these irons!!! Well done PING!!

I love the way that the irons look, not like the ISI-Ks that I used to play. These have a very solid feel and plenty of distance. Before I purchased the clubs, I had heard that they work the ball with little effort. I found this to be true.

this clubs suck its like hitting a rock tied to a stick you don't get good feed back. you hit it good it feels like a bad shot. i wouldn't get these irons i'm going to stick to my 981s

Tried the new Ping i3 Blade and must say i was very surprised. I expexted a loss of distance compared to my Callaway X12, but this was not the case, i would say that these are about half a club longer. The shape of the head and alignment behinfd the ball is superb and inspires confidence in your short game - where the Callaway seemed to be a bulk of metal behind the ball.
It is of the upmost importance that you are custom fitted for these clubs (especially the correct shaft) my old set of ISI's were'nt and thus i lost distance and direction. This set has been fitted with the ZZ65 steel shaft and with tour lofts and i must say it suits my game exactly.

Finally, Ping has produced a club that looks as good as it feels. This is the best iron that I have ever played. It is the only club that I have ever hit (I've hit'em all) that sets up like a true blade but is very forgiving. Other very good, similar clubs are the Titleist 962, Hogan apex plus, Maxfli revolution and Taylor Made Burner Tour. However, none of these work as well as the Ping's.

what can I say, I just love these set of clubs! You will love them. Aim at the target and fire away. Nice feel with little vibration, and very workable. I used to tend to hit to the high right with my irons, but not with the Ping Blades. The distance is consistant and better to most of the other clubs I have hit.

Buy these clubs and be and you will be satisfied for the rest of your life!

I've had these sticks for a year now and I'm still unsure of them. At first I was pulling everything left, as a result I have been constantly trying to fix my swing to get consistancy, since I got them. I find myself concentrating hard on every shot and the results vary from shot to shot. Believe it or not, I have more joy when I have to work the ball left or right, whereas when I want to go straight I don't know what's gonna happen! Mine are blue dot and I'm gonna have them shifted 3 degrees upright, if this doesn't improve things I'm switching to something else. I've had numerous 68,69 rounds along with a fare share of 80-84 rounds with them. When I shoot low I love them, shoot high and they're the worst clubs I've had!!
