The best irons ever made. 50 years from now people will still shooting par with the eye 2's. I would suggest buying a back up set in case they are stolen. |

What can I say!!!Like many other golfers, I have tried at least 12 other sets of clubs from top of the line to knock offs. Then I purchased some Ping Eye 2 orange dot steel irons at a garage sale for $100. It just so happens that the orange is the correct color for my game. I immediately went to the driving range. It was amazing, the feel that you get when the club face makes contact with the ball is awesome. I played with these clubs all of last year and I am now able to "work the ball". I was shooting in the nineties and have now broken 80 with these clubs. All of my friends have some of the new so called hybrid clubs. I have tried those, but do not need them with these clubs. The ping eye clubs have put new life in my game. Ping should bring these back. I really do not know why I didn't try Ping Eye 2 clubs sooner. You have got to try them too!!! Customer Service I have not contacted Ping, however, I have looked on their web site and they have a free club sizing program. You can enter your data and find out your loft. You can also see what the colors really mean. Similar Products Used: Callaway, Taylormade, Wilson, Titleist, Hogan,Spalding, several knockoffs. |

Just the fact that there are more of these in golfer's bags than any other model club says it all. When you get down to it basically every other perimeter weighted club on the market is an Eye2 knockoff, and as is the case with most things the original is still the best. I have my Eye2's polished about once every couple of years in the off season and I can't imagine anything ever coming along that would convince me to switch. Just the grooves alone are all the advantage you need compared to anything else. Customer Service As good as it gets. Second to none. |

I am now about 17 and I play for my high school team and I had had these clubs since I was about 13 and My parents had bought me the RAC OS2 and I was sad to tell them that I could not give these up. I did try the RAC OS2 there very nice but they dont match the Pings These are the best irons on earth. |

I'm back to picking up the game after about 12 years. Stopped at a neighborhood garage sale and got 6 of these for $8.

I have owned these clubs since I bought them new... Yes that means that I have been golfing them for 20 years now... I would not consider myself a luddite when it comes to golf clubs. In that last 20 years I have had many different drivers, but my irons and putter have stayed the same... Why, well in short iron technology hasn't really made any giant leaps since this club, until just recently . This means that if you can find a set of these cheap, but in good shape you have found your self a great golf club bar none. |

These are the best irons ever made. What other iron do see made in the 80's still used on the PGA tour. Lummpy just won this last weekend, and he was using these irons. That fact that this iron is 20+ years old, and still being used in a PGA tour win, speaks for itself. BUY THESE CLUBS!!! |
