I have the BECU models. These clubs still outperform any of the clubs on the market today, including the Ping i3.

I am really amazed with these irons. I have tried Wilson, Calloway, Ping I3, and McGregor and have not found an iron that is more true, shot after shot, than the Ping eye 2. These clubs are used but I will play for a long time. Ping should realize what a great club they had.

I absolutely love these clubs! They are very light compared to other irons and they have a great feel with great results! I knocked about 5 strokes off my game after I got them. Highly recommended!

I played these for a few years until I stepped up to blades. Indeed a very good club which ranks in my top three of cavity backs ever made. Forgiving, fairly good distance control, and better sized than the Zings. If you play bogey to dbl. bogey golf, give these a try and watch your scores go down a stroke or two. You can usually find a nice used set for $300, which will last almost forever.

I have been playing with these clubs for the past 5 years. I only recently discovered this site and have read all the reviews. I share most people's comments that these Ping's are a real players club. They are not the most forgiving clubs out there, when I am playing bad it exaggerates my bad shots however, when I am playing regularly and playing well it's a very sweet club. I recently thought about changing them for a newer model, having tried several clubs, thought better of it. I am going to stay with these for awhile.

I got these clubs a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with them. When I first used them I noticed the incredible accuracy I got from the irons but I seemed to loose distance . After a couple of rounds though I have groved theses new irons to my swing and I am now hitting each club further than my previous set. I find it is very easy to play a draw and a fade with the irons when it is needed. Thanks to these clubs I have brought my handicap down from 21 to 15. I would reccomend these clubs to any golfer out there who wants to play better.

I have been playing for less than a year with granddads clubs.(small cavity backs and extra large grips)I had enough decent shots to want to continue playing the game and thought I would spend the money on lessons and wait and see. everything about the way I hit is average according to a local golf store and they recommended a steel shaft and a black dot rated club.(all new terms to me) I was talking golf to a friend at a recent get together and he said he had bought a set of eye 2's on ebay for his wife and they just weren't right for her. My brother in law (a first assistant at a local course) blurted out two words "buy em". I played them the other day and shot bogey golf through the first nine holes and even parred a 3. The rest of the course started to take its toll but I walked off with a sense of confidence. Was it the clubs? My shots went straight and they felt good. we'll see.

I played this set from the day I started the game and for 10 years following. The steel shafts were true, and you could just tell by the feel of the hit whether or not you were on the putting surface. Pick up a set of Eye2 used if you are just starting, or have a look at the i3 if you want a newer model. Both are good.
