These clubs are originally too light so I had the zz-lite shafts changed to Dynamic Gold S300. The swing weight is a lot better and the trajectory and distance has improved tremendously. No matter how old these clubs are they will out perform a lot of the clubs on the market today. But, honestly the zz-lites are crappy shafts and I recommend you change them. I traded in my old clubs for these clubs which was a big step for me. A friend of mine who plays on the Nike Tour suggested these clubs because of their "playability". This club has been around for many years without undergoing many changes at all. There is certainly a reason for this. If you are an average to slightly above average golfer then these are the clubs for you. I will tell you that your game will improve by a couple of strokes at least!!! Similar Products Used: None |

These irons were great, i recently picked up some blade irons for better playability but when i had the eye 2's they were fantastic. for what they were intended for i have found no better iron. Similar Products Used: None |

Ping Eye 2 - Square Groove
Make sure when buying a set, that they have square grooves, they will put tremendous amounts of spin on the ball and are becoming harder to find, so they will hold their value. This is the first set of cavity backs that I have played, and I will never go back to blades. Similar Products Used: Mizuno MP-14, Wilson Staff Tour Blades |

I have had these for eight years now and truly love them. I remember when I first began playing whitth them I was amazed at how easy the low irons were to get into the air. I have experimented with all kinds of clubs but these still do everything as good as the high tech clubs although I am still waiting to try some red dot eye 3's. If your a beginner find a used set of these and have them fitted at a pro shop and you will be set for life. Similar Products Used: None |

I have tried most irons out there and always come back to these. Most of these new clubs and their gimmicks look good but hitting them where you aim is the secret and these do just that. Not pretty but boy they are good Similar Products Used: None |

I love my Ping Eye2's!! Used to own 845's but one swing with these and the difference was obvious. I own the +'s but I think I like the lighter original Eye2's. FYI: All ping irons have square grooves, the only difference between the Eye2 and Eye2+ is perimeter weighting and sole shape. Similar Products Used: Armour 845 |
