Nike Slingshot Individual Iron with Graphite Shaft The Nike Slingshot Individual Iron with Graphite Shaft delivers forgiveness. Forgiveness begins in irone with weight management. Moving weight deeper and lower results in a larger sweet spot and a deeper center of gravity that actually exists in air behind the face. The benefit is a mixed set of hybrids and irons that are more forgiving and launch the ball higher. There are 30 grams of Nike PowerBow weighted low and back with a deeper sole that

The set is hit or miss from my experience. I'm very much a beginner, having just picked up golf this summer and I bought these irons. I usually shoot around 105, but my first round of golf with them I shaved 8 strokes off of my game after using Hogan Edge Forged most of the summer. The graphite clubs are very simple to swing. If you make good contact with the ball it seems like the club does the rest. Perhaps its just a perfect fit for me, but a good friend of mine swung my club after seeing my drastic improvement in accuracy and he couldn't hit the club to save his life. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the clubs and I can't wait to get out and play again.

I started off a total amateur. I've become hooked on golf, and now I play every waking moment that I can. I started shooting in the 140's, and now I consitently shoot in the 90's. If my short-game were better, I'd be shooting in the 80's. I wanted a set of irons that would make me hit the ball easy. Well, these were them. I hit the dickens out these poor golf balls when I swing. I almsot here them crying on their way down the fairway. They are great clubs for beginners!

I want to reiterate FOR BEGINNERS. I am now learning the hard lesson with these clubs. I've elevated my game to the next level...and these clubs can't go with me. They have very little control. I want to put a draw...can't. Fade...can't. I just hit them and hope they go where I want. They usually go straight, as they are the most forgiving iron in golf...which is good. But please, if you are a mid-handicapper, or close too it, look elsewhere.

These clubs are strictly for high-handicappers looking for a high quality set of clubs to learn the game with.

Am 65 and have a 16 handicap. Use a regular shaft. Had Calloway X14's. Trying to get used to Slingshots (6-PW). Only played with them twice and jury is still out. Can't seem to get as much height with PW. Not sure I hit them as far as my Calloways. Seem to have dropped down one iron on length. Anyone got any ideas?

Possibly one of the worst golf irons made. My shots were 'ballooning' 100 ft in the air whether it was my pw or 3 iron. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy these clubs. You can buy these clubs to impress people but at the end of the day you are the one who has to play with these. My opinion is if you are a mid to high handicapper is go with something proven like TaylorMade or Adams.

I love the feel the clubs bring to my game, they hit sweet and clean. I notice a big difference in my 3 and 4 iron distance, because they are so forgiving. Since getting these clubs I shot par on my 9 hole home course. Which is about a 3 or 4 strokes better.

Just got my OSS Irons last week and I have played 4 rounds in 7 days. They have already reduced my avg score from 110 to 103. I'm flirting with breaking a hundred for the first time! The clubs are larger than other irons but the ball hops right off the face and GETS UP IN THE AIR! The distance is much greater than my previous irons. I also really groove to the "ting" noise they make like no other club I've heard. GET A SET!

I recently won a set of nike slingshot irons in a raffle at a golf tournament. They would not have been my first choice if I had gone out and bought a new set. I put them in my bag and was pleasantly surprised. I play about twice a week and have used them for about two months. I went from a 11 handicap to a 6 handicap in those two months. I started driving the ball better but most of the credit goes to the irons. They are easy to hit and accurate. I've had problems shanking the ball with my old irons but since I've been using these irons my shanks have disappeared. I would definitely recomend them.

MAN I GOT THESE IRONS 4 MONTHS AND LET ME TELL YOU THEY WILL PUT MORE DISTANCE ON YOU GAME THAN YOU EVER THOUGHT. I SWEAR IT SEEMS LIKE THE SOFTER YOU HIT THESE CLUBS THE FARTHER THE BALL GOES. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THESE CLUBS IS YOU GETTING THE DISTANCE RIGHT. NIKE ROCKS!!!
