Do not believe what is said about blades being hard to hit, at least don't believe it about these. I shoot in the mid-80s and I love hitting these. The set-up and lines are pure and the feel is solid. Gorgeous looks, best feel, perfect club. And the customer service--the national guy and local Detroit guy who gave me advice and guidance--is the best I have had in golf. Customer Service Local and national were very helpful. Over the past two years I have been contemplating switching to blades. After playing a few rounds with my club pro I decided to make the switch and now I regret not doing it earlier. These clubs have excellent feel and I do not sacrifice any distance with the switch. I normally play a draw and in the past I had some trouble working the ball left to right, that is no longer a problem. I can really work the ball and control trajectory with these irons. The look and the feel of these clubs are second to none. I am very pleased with my internet purchase and would recommend them to any low handicapper looking for feel and shot making. Best clubs I've ever owned, bar none. I will NEVER use another iron again. Nothing compares to hitting a shot flush with these irons. The small head, thin top line, and overall look is without an aesthetic equal. I use w/ Rifle 6.5; every other club feels like you're hitting balls with a hockey stick after you use these. I agree, these are an unequalled pleasure to hit on the range and on the course. The sweet spot urges you to hit it again on your next shot, increasing your skill level. Can't find that with cavity backs. Hitting one sweet is its own reward, plus such swings are rewarded with tap-in putts. The small bit of offset helps just the needed bit without adversely affecting aim. Penetrating trajectory. The real thang. Pure one and you'll know. Anyone who's not casual about golf should try them, just as everyone should drive a top sports car at least once just to know what the feel is like. These clubs make the driving range much more enjoyable. You wanna' hit that sweet spot over and over again, and the driving range is the fastest way to satisfy that craving. Smaller head, clean look, and excellent feel. (For those 'shallower' golfers, like myself, these clubs scream, "You got game!" heheh) Similar Products Used: None |

These clubs are one of the best "true" clubs made. No corrections or lies about your ability level here. These clubs deliver what you deliver and do not try to fix anything...which is what I always hated about "game improvement" clubs. These let you cut or draw the ball, hit it low or high...these are my clubs for life. Similar Products Used: Hogan GCD & Apex, Ping Eye2, Callaway x-12, Titleist 962, 990 |

The best golf clubs I've played in 17 years of golfing, period. I've owned Titleist blades, Taylor made blades, Ping irons, and nothing compares. The workability, ease of play, and the solid feel of the ball off of the club face is the best, bar none. It's no wonder that it's repeatedly the #1 choice of PGA players and superstars. I seem to lose approximately 1/2 a club on distance, but I will happily sacrifice for the improved accuracy that I've noticed in the past few rounds since changing from cast to forged. My decision came down to this or the comparable Macgregor forged irons. Although the Macgregor was supposed to have superior forging, the MP-14 was just the better feeling club from a weighting perspective. For the price ($648 on the internet) there's not a better club on the market. Oh, and take a close look at the number one player in the UNIVERSE's bag if you don't believe me. This is one of the best clubs ever made. The soft feel that they have at impact and the pinpoint accuracy that these irons have is just perfect. And not to mention that they are just beautiful clubs. And you don't lose much distance as you do with other forged irons. Similar Products Used: None |
