I switched to these from Mizuno blades, which are great clubs, but not a bit forgiving. I love these TA5's. I can't imagine that there is a better iron made. They are very long, very straight and very forgiving.

Customer Service

Who knows, I have not had a reason to find out about customer service.

Extremely forgiving irons. Hit on the heel, toe or center of the face and it goes straight. Not particularly kind on fat shots, but hey, what iron is? The head's low center of gravity and low kick point shaft make the long irons as easy to hit as the short irons. I've never been confident with my 3 iron before, but now I hit it it off the turf as easy as my 5 wood. The quality is every bit as good as any other club on the market, and the price is half what some others are charging. Really a great double-digit handicapper's club at a great price.

Customer Service

Very fast delivery on my custom order.

These clubs get better the more I use them. I love the LACK of vibration when hitting them. They have unbelievable forgivnesss. My shots are really improving now and I only have 1 in 10 bad swings now, but for that bad swing, these clubs sure forgive you. I find them to be really light now, they have a swing weight of D0 so I guess that's why. They're on clearance at most places and come with the TT Sensicore shafts. Frankly I love the Dynamic gold shafts, they're pure and have nice feel and flex to them. I won't want the sensiore for myself actually. If you're looking for great feel and forgivness give these clubs a try. If you want more shot shaping then these are not really for you.

Customer Service

Poor. I dented my PW on a rock one day and was hoping they would replace it. The golfstore said NO.

These clubs are great. I have tried several sets in the last few years (Callaway X-14, Lynx Blackcat CST, Ping i2) and have found these to be the best fit and feel for my game. The sensicore shafts are magic. A thin shot on a cold day doesn't rattle your teeth. I recommend these clubs to all players who want a long, high, shot that stays on target. Bets a few of the expensive brands hands down.

Great clubs!! These irons hit it far, have a very good feel that still alows you to notice mis-hits, and don't have any dumb quirks. One reason the rating is sota low is that many reviews refer to older models. when i bought these i was slightly dissapointed because i couldn t hit anything straight on 6 iron or lower due to a large amount of offset modeled toward beginning players. Now it's spring and strangly enough, my hooks have disapeared along with my complaints. I got to get used to the exra yardage though, because i'm 15/6'0 and hitting a pitching wedge over 150 yards! These clubs are exellent for the mid-handicapper, though the distance feel is probably not really wonderful, but they have a very nice & low ball flight.

These are absolutely the best feeling irons I've played. The weight distribution helps you get under the ball. I am hitting these glubs about 15 yards further than my previous set of Pings. For the price, there is no better iron.

I bought that iron last summer.I tested first the callaway x14 , and the taylor made 360. Both Iron was good set , but anyone one give the same felling in the feedback. The cleveland ta5 is a good iron, becuase you feel so nice the touch of the ball , and ´cause can be used by high handicaps and medium hcpn. It´s a good choice. I would like said that if you decide for them do not choose the regular graphite shaft. It´s better take it in stiff graphite shaft.I have a regular shaft , and my swing speed is regular but the regular cleveland shaft is too soft. I must tell you that the price of that Irons is so correct , so much cheaper that callaway or taylor made. But the quality is hight.

Customer Service

Ufffff , I still waiting for a broke shaft a long time ago , but here in Spain all is so slow , then I can not said more.

One of the best clubs on the market for the money. I just got back into golf and was swinging some knock off Callaways. I was about to purchase a used set of Ping Eye 2's when i hit these at a local sporting goods store. I was going to buy them on the spot, but i went to ebay and found a year old set in great condition. The guy also lived near me so it worked out great. These are great clubs. After just 2 hours of hitting at the range, they soon felt like an extension of my arm. I dont go anywhere without them and am very proud to own such a fine club.

Customer Service

None yet. i am sure the kind people at my pro shop wont have trouble fixing anything down the road. These guys are good.

I have had the TA5's with Rifle shafts for almost 6 months now. Great club for those with handicap in the teens and low 20's. Very sweet to hit and goes exceptionally far and straight. Even if you toe it you will still get about 75% of the distance (same goes for slightly fat shots). However, some might find the offset a little too high and end up sailing the ball dead straight to the left so some adjustments to the ball position are necessary. Some might find it a little heavy but I find the weight helps you keep a smooth swing. Tried most of the other big brands as well. I am not going to say they are better or worse as they are all very similar but for the price they are fantastic. Well done Cleveland.

Customer Service

Never needed em. Took 3 weeks to get my clubs with the rifles fitted though. Still worth the wait however.

The Ta5 2000's have a very balanced feel throughout the 3-PW. Not a high lofting club and distance is 3-5% less than Diawa Exceller's. Much easier to stike than Staff FF's but with similiarly sized head to both other sets. Though used, the clubs were in very good shape and the price was right. The first round I hit with them was a 79 from the blue tees at "The Reserve" in Aloha Oregon, 1/10/03. I felt confident with most shots and am very happy with the results. The clubs performed well in the 40 degree windy weather. I have to say the clubs are nice but lessons are what gave me the confidence. Thanks Todd - Tualatin Island Green!

Customer Service

Purchased used at "Play It Again Sports" in Bethany Village, Oregon. Great service, tried these clubs and others a couple of times before I decided. I shall return.
