The easiest hitting irons that I've ever played with. PERIOD! These irons are long and straight AND THEY CAN be worked with a little effort. (Not as easily as some, but they can be worked.) I've owned just about every set of clubs that has been made in the past 15 years and these are easily the best set of irons that I have owned. As others have said, they do get the ball up rather easily. If your one that is tired of low approach shots that run through the green, these are the answer for you. You get a nice solid feel (Click) whether you hit it on the sweet spot or on the heel or toe. Easily, the best dollar value in iron sets available today!

The low profile design enables you to get the ball high in the air. I love them!!!Last 3 rounds shot 83, 83, 80 and the clubs feel great. Looking to break 80 next time out!!!

Very straight and hig hitting clubs. These and the X-14 are very similar, but the clevelands are a much better buy.

These are an outstanding set of clubs. I was previously using a set of Macgregor PCB forged which are also quite good, however I was not getting the same kind of consistency that this club brings. This set is very straight but there is some room to work the ball. Also the long irons are extremely easy to hit. Of all the irons I have tried, these feel somewhat similar to the callaways. This set is probably geared toward a higher handicap golfer; however, PGA tour players appreciate the ease of these clubs. What sold me on these in addition to the above was the price (new).

The are solid clubs. Found that many shots fly too high. Best long irons I have ever hit(and i have hit alot). I'm hitting my 3 iron about 185. with my previous irons, lynx parralax, I couldn't get the 3 iron in the air.

I got the Gunmetal finsh because of the looks and that is exactly what I got. The Gunmetal finsh is truly cosmetic. They make no difference in play.

Got a great deal at Edwin Watts. Great Service. They gave them to me for 480 and threw in a Cleveland 588 Gunmetal wedge to complete the set. The ta5 irons alone are supposed to cost $500$, and the wedge is posted at $110$ Thank you edwin watts.

Very good, very high quality, easy hitting clubs. The regular steel shaft is on the soft side. Hits the ball straight, but working the ball is possible if you try. Very high ball flight that lands very softly, even with the mid and long irons. The VAS takes some of the sting out of mis-hits. Outstanding value.

These irons are the best I've ever played with. It doesn't matter what you do you'll be able to lift the ball of the ground. Really good Irons.

A friend of mine bought a set of these clubs, and at first he pretended to like them. Soon however, I tried them out thought they felt terrible, and he got a new set of clubs. They felt too light.

Great straight hitting clubs. The long irons land soft and fly high. Not necessarily for low handicappers, because of limited workability. Plus they're cheap. I got mine for $370 new.

I purchased the TA5 2 thru pw with the stiff steel true temper shafts a little over three weeks ago. I have only played four rounds with them so my input is limited. I bought these irons because I needed more forgiveness as I used to play three times a week and now only have time for one. Compared to the Titleist Tour Models I used to hit these definately are more forgiving but I have certainly lost some feel which I would expect as the perfect club doesnt exist. I would recommend that you at least test these clubs if you are in the hunt for an iron that offers good distance, trajectory, and forgiveness. However if you are looking for an iron that offers more in the way of workabilty and feel these may not be the irons for you. The TA1 or TA3 may be a better bet. The main reason I chose the TA5 over other models in the same category which I also tested was the over all value. Price paid compared to the results produced.

I also tested the PingI3Osize, CallawayX14 which I felt were over priced when the results produced were similiar to the TA5 and the TA5 was $200 to $300 less expensive. I also tested the Wilson FatShaft which I hit well and thought was reasonbly priced but couldnt get used to the shaft although I like the theory behind it.
