I just traded in my Big Bertha as I was looking for something softer in fell. I am extremely pleased with the performance of these clubs. Everything hit clean and straight, and fell was excellent. The 3 and 4 hybrid were excellent.

Customer Service

Purchased at Golf Town. Good price, especially with the trade option

Just switched from the Ping G10's to these. The G10 was easier to hit, but this club is better overall. This club gives you more ball control than the G10's. A great soft feel on impact with a nice ball flight. Ball is more workable than with my g10's but still not great workability but again i shouldn't really be trying to work a ball most of the time.

First off let me say that I am a high school golfer and one of the best in the county. I have had the x20s in my bag for 2 seasons now and they are fantastic. They are solid and crisp no matter where you hit them on the face. They are great GAME IMPROVEMENT irons that any player can pick up and play. They have a nice look at address and are pretty looking clubs. They have brought my handicap from 30+ to just about 12 in two years. They are great clubs for anyone to use. However, they are not forged clubs and working the ball with them is a bit more difficult then blades. They have a great feel but it does not compare to the feel of a forged club. But in reality, how many players can successfully use blades. The x20s can be had for a cheap price in today's market and I highly recommend them to any player.

The Callaway X-20 Irons gives a soft feel on impact to the club face. It has a wide sweet spot and is easy to use for most intermediate and beginner. It's very forgiving and develops more distance off of each club. It absorbs a lot of the shock which is good. For a thirteen year old kid like me I can hit the 9-iron 100 yards off the tee. Which surprises other people. Because of these clubs I can hit farther with my old kid clubs. I highly recommend these clubs to those beginner adults or teens who want to play golf.

Just bought a set of x-20's and went straight to the range: 10-15 more yards on each iron, instantly. They are soft but the ball just explodes off the clubface. I can't wait to put them to the test on the course.

These irons are great. I have had all of the Callaways x series except the x22's, but none compared to the proformance of the x20. I hit these clubs straighter and longer that any club I have ever had. Also, they are not to bad on the eyes at address. I love these irons and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to improve their game.

I bought my set about 3 months ago. I've found them to be the solidest, most forgiving, and cleanest, (to look down at), of any game improvement iron to date. They excel at what they were designed to do and that's hit it high and straight. I too, watched Rocco valiantly duel Tiger with these in one of the great contests of our time. It was so refreshing to watch a man boldly exhibit his absense of vanity in an all out effort to fell a giant. I've been playing the sport for a half century and been in the business for half of my adult career. I've have been around pros for much of my life, and I can say in all honesty that 95% of all "players" and even "wanna-be's" are immensely pretentious. Kudo's to Rocco ... he wasn't concerned with image ... just beating the best there ever was, no matter what it took ... and he almost accomplished it! As for his choice of weapons, the records won't show what he used. I played Wilson Staff Tour blades for twenty-five years, and played the best golf of my life ... but, I played every day and if I needed to work on a swing problem, I hit 500 balls a day til I fixed it ... or found someone who could. I don't and can't follow that regimen anymore, nor do I care to. For the average weekend player, this is a GREAT iron. If I had the wherewithall, I would design an iron with the solid and forgiving attributes that come from Callaway's perfection of the S2H2 design and their superb casting skills, and pour it into a mold that was an identical twin to the MP-60 or 62. Until that time arrives, I'll continue to hit iron shots better than I deserve, and while they're in the air, I'll exclaim "God I Flushed That" or "Be The Right Number"!
P.S. - I really do hope this helps someone.

Customer Service

As good as anyone's, and better than most.

Well let me start off by saying these irons are fantastic. It takes a bit more effort to work the ball, so i just hit it straight unless the only option is to work the ball around a tree. i dont really like the standard grip it came with, so i changed it to a golfpride multicompound. works like a charm. anyone can use this. Rocco mediate used this while playing tiger in a major. Although he lost, hit these well. so it can be done.
