I got these clubs because my cheap Dunlop clubs were being fixed. I initinaly got these clubs from my uncle just to use till mine were fixed. I have been playing the best golf of my life. I know its the golfer not the clubs but with these, for me it seems to be a grat combo.

I purchased these on Ebay from Dan below. They are a gorgeous set of clubs and Dan was right, they are in great condition so I am also not sure I will use them much as I had also purchased the new Apex Plus ( long story about a higher bidder for the Radials revoking his bid ). I also love the Apex Plus clubs which are the best looking club on the market today in my opinion. Anyway, the Radials are a bit tougher to hit at first because they are more of a blade than the new Plus model but when you hit them sweet the rest of the reviewers are correct, just like butter. You do have to slow down your swing speed a bit. My humble opinion is that they are a great club.

These were purchased to replace my old Wilson Staffs in or around 1985. I played regularly until a hip problem took me out of the game. Back in it now and have been trying everything out there. Am back to the Radials. Don't know how much longer I can hit a stiff shaft (Apex 4) but these old clubs are sweeter than any I've tried. Long, high and straight...well, as long as the swing is slow and calm. Great control if you want it, or just dead straight. Club lofts are lower than new clubs so know your distances. I can't score like I used to, golf course or otherwise. Short game seems off.

I bought this set of clubs on impulsive at Second Swing, a store that sells new and used golf equipment. Like I really needed another set of clubs. I couldn't help it. The clubs appeared like they were hardly ever used. I took them to the driving range and was pleasantly surprised by the forged feel, accuracy and workability of each club. You don't have to have a vicious swing speed to generate power. Compared to other clubs I have used these are superior by far. The quality and craftsmanship is quite evident. I've yet to use them on the course but I have very high expectations for my game. Hogan wouldn't accept lees. They are classics and I feel they will help improve my game. I feel so lucky to have them.

I bought these Radial irons after hitting a couple baskets of balls at a local driving range. The feel, the trajectory, the accuracy of these irons are truly amazing. I have played Ping, Callaway and Taylor Made irons and these are the most workable, accurate and enjoyable irons I have ever played. The ball flies toward the hole as though Ben Hogan himself hit the shot. Find a set of these in a garage nearest you and experience the true sweet feel of hitting an honest to goodness golf shot.

I found a set of Radials just a few days ago. So far I'm mot impressed! Off sweet spot hits can't be felt more, but I'm getting much more accuracy and distance without increasing my swing speed. Don't think that I'll ever go back to cast irons. Love the Hogans!
This is the first 2 iron that I've had and havn't caught on to it yet. Any advise?

Have always played cast irons. Went to a local store which happened to have one set of LH Hogan Radials that were brand new. I think the set was sitting in their back warehouse for years. Got a great deal on them, but would pay much more after hitting them. The forged head gives incredible feel and feedback. The Radial back gets the ball up very easily. After the first time on the range, I was able to hit every club, including the long irons with a nice draw. Was even able to hit knockdown shots as it was windy. I'll never go back to cast. I have never heard of or seen these before, but I'm sure glad I do now.

These clubs have done a lot for my game. I am 14, and I started this game only 2 years ago. My best score was 78, but when I purchased my set of Hogan Radials, I proudly shot a 74, and also picked up 1st place in my local Club Championship. I love them!

I bought these clubs last year with the intention of saving them as collectibles. But after a few tries on the driving range, they have earned a place in my bag. Unlike some other forged clubs I've played, they are fairly forgiving and deadly accurate. I've got Callaway x-12s and Ping Eye2s, but I'm playing the Radials all the time now.

I got these irons a while ago and it us sweet. The only problem is that they are in such great shape for it's age that I don't want to use it. I use my Titleist 990's or my Wilson RM's which seems to work fine also. The shafts are the apex 4's which gets the ball flying high and long. These are very accurate irons and feel like butter when you hit the sweet spot. I will soon depart with these since it's more a collectable in this shape. The 6 iron has a little ding on the shaft near the hossel but does not effect the club. I think the new Hogan Edge is a bigger remake of this set with a large offset head. Great set of sticks and very nice to look at. I will sell these if anyone is interested. It's a nice forged Hogan set of irons. Always covered.
