Bought these clubs on recommendation from sites like this. At time of purchase these clubs were not available in the UK. Since purchasing them I've lowered my score from mid 80's to high 70's. They give you confidence to aim at a target and give you the ability to work the ball.

Customer Service

Purchased from TGW. These clubs were exported to me and received in perfect condition within 4 days. Excellent service.

I got this set of clubs from a friend of mine that recently got a different set of clubs to try out. the day i got the clubs I took them out and shot an 82. My average before getting this set of clubs was around an 86. Since then i have been shooting an average of 83. These in my opinion are very good clubs, and i highly recomend them to any golfer.

Just recently started shooting in the low 80's with an old set of MacGregor Tourney clubs. After reading all the reviews on all the clubs I am Sold on the EVO'S. I can't wait to get them and shoot even lower.

Shoots in the 90's only describes me recently. I was shooting between 105-115. Then I took a couple of lessons. I started shooting in between 95 and 105. Then I bought these clubs. The day after I bought them, I went out and shot a 93. I'm now shooting in the low to mid 90's even though I'm only playing once or twice a month. Yesterday, I shot my best score ever, an 84! I shot a 3 over par 40 on the front. I parred 8 of the first 9 holes. The thing about these clubs is the trajectory of the ball is nice and high. I can shoot right at the pin on softer greens because the ball hits and stops. I'm still working on being able to hit a slice free shot with the 3 iron, though. I hit these clubs probably about the same distance as my old clubs (15 year old Wilson's) but the accuracy is SO much better. They go where I aim them period. At the clearance price of $249, they're a top value.

Customer Service

The folks at Golf Galaxy knew me pretty well since I'd been in there shopping around for irons for over a year. They're great! I even got a free wedge and 2 for 1 green fees when I bought the irons.

Purchased these on a whim through eBay. Was about to order a set of Cleveland TA5's. After reading several reviews on this site and seeing the average of 4.69 out of 5 I figured why not. Got a set with the True Temper Tri Golds in a Regular flex and after only 10 balls on the range was dialed in. Have been hitting the ball on a line since, which is unusual for me as I tend to hook my irons badly. The shafts feel great. Trajectory for me is on the low side, which suits the windy conditions here in Coastal Florida. I am a club switching fool. Have tried 10 sets of irons in 5 years. these are keepers. Try them and you will be convinced. Thanks to all who have posted reviews. Without them, I may have been on my 11th or 12th set by now. Happy Hacking!

These clubs have the best feel. I am 13 and shoot mid to high 80`s. They are not very forgiveable but they have good distance and feel great. If you hit them well they will have exellent spin and control. They are good for me because if i hit them well i can keep up with any long hitters.

I've been playing a lot of golf in the last year and a half with a trusty old set of 845 Silver Scots, and my USGA handicap has floated between 20 and 22. Purchased a new set of 845 V-31 ROs with Dynamic Gold steel shafts and promptly broke 90 for the first time on an 18 hole par 72 course by shooting an 82!! Sweet feel. Don't let the reduced offset scare you. My handicap dropped from 20.9 to 17.9 in one week (10 rounds). Not every shot is perfect, but that's my fault, not the sticks. Looking forward to making a habit of shooting in the 80's. A steal at $299.

I recently tried out the Tommy Armour 845 Evos for the first time. They were great. With my old clubs I hit and automatic draw. Now, I am hitting the ball dead straight where i aim. I have great control, I've even putting a little backspin in the 3 iron when i want to. So I would like to recommend anyone who wants a solid golf club to purchase these irons.
