I had tried many drivers before this and all my friends all lover the Callaway Steelehead plus but i decided to go wiht the taylor made driver.
It is so accurate and forgiving on off center hits.
I would recomend the product to golfers of any skill level because thell hit it straight and long.
I only had one problem with this driver the grip is slippery but you can always get it changed like i did. !!!

This club is not the longest driver I've ever hit, but because of my past innacuracies with the driver, I'm not afraid to hit this Supersteel off the tee. It almost feels like a 3 wood, and it's the most workable driver I've ever hit. The rifle shaft really seems to fit my swing and although I'm only about 25 yards longer than with my 3 wood, I'm spraying the ball a lot less with this driver. Tried a friend's on the range one day and was hooked immediately and ordered that night.

Wow, huge distance and easy to control!!!
I hit the driver 230+ and keep it on the fairway, 3 wood is 210+ and 5 is 190+.

I found them for £150 each....best mony I've ever spent!!!

10.5* with R80 steel shaft. Not the longest driver I have hit but by far the most accurate. Great feel and I can finally keep the ball in play (an amazing feat for me). The steel shaft adds just enough weight to keep the club head close to the ground, saving me from topping the ball every other swing like I do with graphite shafts. Great club at a great price.

This is a great club. I had a demo S-90 graphite which I fell in love with, straight (I mean straight) and good distance. I wanted to try the Rifle so I purchased that one. I don't like it as much as the bubble--it's not as long and I find it to be "out-of-balance" compared to the graphite. The main difference I found with the rifle (as compared to the bubble) was inability to get the ball in the up in the air as high as I like to, and a loss of distance, a good 10-15 yards. I also "feels" stiffer than the bubble S-90. Graet club I am sticking with but I'm trading the Rifle for the Bubble. With the bubble I found no loss of distance compared to my Firesole but an increase in workability.

Best club I have ever bought! OK, I am new to golf but I have done my homework on clubs and have hit most of the most popular models. I have read many postive reviews on the Ping i3 fairway woods so I went to the store with my mind all but made up that I would be bringing one home.

When I got to the store the salesperson recommended that I try the TM Supersteel. I hit the Supersteel first and it felt fanstastic and was VERY easy to hit. Then I tried the Ping and I really struggled to hit a decent shot.

I know that sometimes equipment is overrated but this club just makes me feel very confident when I tee it up.

To anyone that's not scared off by the price I would highly recommend trying this club out.

I like a stiff shaft and a firm solid feel. The SuperSteels with the S-90 Rifle shaft is perfect for me. The driver is only 35 1/2 inches long. I found my drives with the 9.5 driver carrying about the same as my old 45 inch driver but rolling further and much straighter!
The 3 and 5 woods are carrying much further. The 5 wood is really a 4 wood, which is what I have allways carried. If you are a easy swinger you won't like the driver. If you are a strong hitter looking for better accuracy and a lower trajectory, these clubs are for you.
I also think these are the best looking metal woods I have ever seen!

I used to play with a Taylor Made Burner and thought it was exellent for my game. But when I picked up the SuperSteel I knew it was going to be a good club. I have hit longer and straighter in the fairways than I ever have before. I recommend the steel shaft since it is very light for a steel shaft and much easier to hit than the graphite.

Traded in my Orlimar for the Supersteel. There is a definite "trampoline effect" off the face of this club. One like I have never experienced before. The ball really explodes off the face. The club looks and feels great at address, with excellent alignment features. The only drawback may be the feedback/sound of the club. It does seem a little dull, but when you look up after a swing, the ball is just boring through the air 230-245 yards (off the fairway). I'll take performance over aesthetics anyday. If you are in the market, I would definately recommend giving this club a try.

This driver is awesome. Had a '96 King Cobra that I could hit long, but only half the time. With the Super Steel, I hit it down the middle 90% of the time no matter where the ball is struck on the clubface. The steel rifle shaft feels perfect and for only about $160, you can't go wrong!
