Probably the best 3-wood I've hit off the deck. I was able to hit consistent shots of great distance and accuracy. Very easy to get airbourne and the feel was superb. Off the tee it was also very good. I think it has gone one step better to the original Orlimar Tri-metal, which I also found very useful with its shallow face. Both clubs are very well priced at less than £150

excellent clubs for a not overly serious (yet) player. Clubs are very forgiving. I use the 13 degree off the tee and in the fairway and have great success out of the ruff with the 21 degree 7 wood.

Gave up my 15 degree orlimar and went to steelhead 3wood and ends up with this excellent Orlimar 14+ with EI70+ shaft. I like the head which is bigger than the original and the True Temper shaft is the perfect matched. Fairway shoot no longer my weakness. Love it so much, always find a chance to use it when play!

These are great clubs. These are some of the best fairway woods out there. I am sixteen and consitently shoot in the low 80s and periodicaly break into the 70s due in part to these clubs I get very consistent distances(245+) and they have an amazing feel. The ball absolutely flies off of the club face with a great trajectory. Get these clubs

VERY nice - had trouble 1st few times I demoed but found that setting it forward in my stance really let this club shine. Very long 14* and very controllable. Naturally has a long, boring ball flight that feathers at the end. Set it a bit forward and it will go long and roll long. Set it back a bit (especially off of good lie) and you can come down on it and go long, high and soft. Found it easy to lay back to get 5 wood landing disatnce with 3 wood roll. For me it is extremely workable also, although hard draws continue to suprise me with how hot they land and roll.
Must be careful out of rough especially if ball is sitting up. Shallow head makes it easy to go underneath. But I would usually use my 5 (if any wood) in this case anyway. Tee it low and watch it go - which is perfect for me since I am pretty upright and prefer to tee everything except the driver very low anyway.
Throw in the price and there is NO need to look further. Since my 5 wood is 21 degrees I MAY have been better off getting the 16* model, but it will be in my bag a long time.

This is a pretty good club. I've been failing to hit it consistantly ever since I bought it. I am 12 years old and I can hit the ball 230 yards with the trimetal. I will probably play well consistantly with the Trimatal every 1 out of 5 rounds.

This club works like a charm! Compared to Callaway 3, Cleveland 3, and Orlimar original 13, this club is the easiest to hit and most consistant than any one of others. Do pay attention to the shaft, for it makes a hudge difference if you choose a wrong one for your swing speed. I have tried stiff shaft, it worked fine, but a pro suggest me stay with reg, since my swing speed is 88 for a dirver. I am glad that his suggestion really makes sense to me. The regular EI-70 just wonderful!!

this club has really had a great impact on my score! the second time I used it, i was able to reach a 521 yard par five in two and had an eagle putt(not very common for me)! it takes time to learn how to hit but is well worth the effort!

Bought the club second hand for $aud200 and either hit it superbly of horrible. Firm shaft feels wippy - anyone out there had experience going to a better shaft with these? Say a UST 75 gram stiff?
