Feels great at impact. The stock Fujikura shaft seems to be very easy to hit. A smooth and nice swing produces very good results while harder swings tend to make the ball go wilder. I won't say it's a improvement over the Quadpro but it's certainly a better club for me than the Steelhead III. Similar Products Used: Steelhead III, Cleveland Quadpro |

Cleveland Launcher 15* Fairway Wood
An excellent club from the tee and off the deck. Provides excellent feedback: you'll know when you hit the sweet spot, which is fairly easy do do. (Forgiving yet responsive) Decent contact causes the ball to take off with a penatrating trajectory. The stock Fujikura shaft seems to be excellent (some Fujikura shafts cost as much as this club does). Good for scratch golfers and hackers alike. Affordable and excellent. I plan to replace my driver and 5 wood with launchers. When looking for a fairway wood, be sure to try the Cleveland Launchers. Launcher 15* & 19* Stiff Shaft
I hit many fairway woods this past weekend, thinking ahead of time that I would end up buying the Orlimar TriMetal hipSteels. The bottom line is the Launchers, for me at least, easily outhit the Orlimars. They were easier to hit, went further and consistently straighter. I used the clubs on the course today for the first time and was not disappointed. Was able to hit a fairly long par 5 in 2 by hitting my 19* 242 yards, it hit and it stuck - damn 3 putt. One piece of advice, do not tee the 3 wood up on the teebox, or tee it up very low. I made the mistake of teeing up the 3 wood the first time I hit it off the tee and payed for it by hitting a moonshot - I really had not even tee'd it up high. I ended up hitting off the turf the other times I used it off the teebox and the results were excellent. Very easy to hit these clubs off the turf, amazingly easy in fact. These are the BEST fairway woods out there, period. The distance is enough to give me chances at birdie or eagle (damm nerves) on most par 5's. You can shape the shots off the tee and from the deck. The 19* comes into the green soft, with only a little roll (220 - 235 yds), and the 15* is a 240 yard draw at will. My handicap has dropped 4 strokes since the equipment overhaul, so what's not to like Customer Service Cleveland has been excellent, and I've asked them just about everything! These are the best fairway woods on the market today....., PERIOD!! Very easy to hit and every shot goes LONGG, DEEPP, and straight. I use to shoot in the low 90's because I wasn't hitting my TM 200 series consistently down the throat. But with the Clevelands (3+ wood), I'm smashing the ball 240-260 yds as straight as an arrow. Might as well dump my TM 200 and Callaway Steelhead 3 drivers???? You are doing a dis-service to your golf game if you don't check out these woods. Next up......, the Cleveland Launcher Drivers. Marvellous fairway wood. Bought the 17 degree one with the Fujikura shaft, after hitting it beautifully on the driving range from the very first ball. Extremely nice feel and superb distance and penetrating ball trajectory. The shaft alone is worth its weight in gold! Am certainly going to look closely at another one , say a 13 degree to put in the bag. Can't recommend highly enough. |

Awesome fairway woods, accurate and long. I use the 3 wood off the tee for narrow fairways and 5 wood from the fairway and light rough. Distance is awesome on these thing, the 3 wood goes as far as my old driver. |
