Had my first chance to use the deep red driver today and I have to say I can''t remember the last time I had so much fun off the tee. Statistically speaking, I usually hit the fairway about 50% of the time. Not too great but other areas in my game make up for it. And for too long I accepted the fact that I didn''t have the consistency off the tee with the big stick. What did this do to my overall game and confidence? Well, I found myself over the years teeing off with 3 wood to 3 iron leaving the big stick in the bag. And when I did pull the driver out of the bag, I lack the confidence to really go for it. Today however, I teed off with the deep red on every tee other than par 3s. I was dead confident that my drives will be straight and long. And only time I missed the fairway was when I hit the ball too long. Just point this stick to where you want the ball to go and swing away. Fire and forget. I am definately getting the 3 wood and the 5 wood.

Excellent Club.....the weighting is perfect....the clb head is larger than the Taylor Made 360, Ping TISI, and Callaway VFT....it is also MUCH more accurate!! I demod it today.

The Fat Shaft does work to reduce twist and as a result this driver is very straight. When playing badly, I tend to hit sweeping hooks but with this driver they are draws that often stay on the fairway. While perhaps not the very longest driver out there, ( I doubt if there is any one driver that is longest for all types of players) it is consistently long. Ball flight tends to be high (my driver is 9 degrees) and the stiff shaft may not be stiff enough for those with very high swing speeds --but lack of torque helps make up for that. An excellent driver for all levels of play.

Great driver, sold my quadpro and bought it from Ebay, I got 15~20 yards more. And best of all, accuracy !! Very forgiving. Game becomes fun again.

Model Reviewed: Wilson Deep Red 365 9* S

The Deep Red 365 can be extremely long, and accurate. I used the 9* S and hit some of the longest drives of my life. The shaft was a little soft for me, and my misses went left of the fairway, which is normal for my inside-out swing when it gets too inside. I think my 99 mph swing might need a little stiffer shaft, despite a smooth tempo. My friends that swing a bit slower than I do love this club, since it has a nice high launch angle, and tends to hit straight.

Customer Service

Fantastic. I dropped the club on the cartpath when trying to replace the headcover, which is kind of snug, and they replaced the club! I had hoped they would refinish, but they really went the extra

The last 2 seasons I have taken up the game of golf - after a 20 year hiatus. During that time I have been trying different clubs for all aspects of my game, from driving to putting. My biggest frustration has been driving - producing inconsistent shots that were often mis-hit and slicing. After reading reviews on the web I decided to purchase the Deep Red and it immediately had a huge impact on my enjoyment of the game. With its large sweetspot, predominantly center to toe, I began to consistently hit straight, long drives. The change to game was not only noticeable to me, but to my playing partners as well. This is a great game improvement club and something truly exceptional will have to come along to get it out of my bag.

THIS IS A GREAT CLUB!!I am a juinor that shoots in the high 80s low 90s. I had great irons (also fat shaft) and shi*ty woods. NO DRIVER!! I hated it so much. I had to hit the 3 iron off the tee. Ever since I got the WDR I have shot an average 4 strokes lower and no longer have to hit an iron off the tee. Don''t let anyone tell you this isn''t for juinors! The price is in Canadian dollars. LOL!
