Absolutely the best driver ever made. I have mine fitted with the Grafalloy Blue shaft. I've had it about a year, and cannot see myself getting rid of it anytime soon. I might get another one reshafted with an X-stiff, and possibly less loft, but this combo is perfect for me.

compared this to my 905t 10.5 model with the same shaft. no contest! the 905T is way better in my opinion. went straighter and had the same amount of distance. i also liked the sound of the 905t a bit more than the 905R. sounds more hollow than the T. the main reason that i like the smaller head is the smaller price tag. $40 cheaper. i will admit that i have never had success with a driver that is less than 10 degrees loft. so if i had the chance to demo a 905R head with 10.5 loft, i might be writing a different review. just my two cents. Recently switched back to the 905R after a brief experiment with the 907D2. I liked the D2 in terms of distance but the feel and accuracy of the R was what brought me back. In addition, the familier gray color and pear shape head were a welcomed site. Similar Products Used: 907 D2 |

played ping g5 and taylor made r7 quad previously and this club is my favorite out of all 3. It plays long and straight and gives confidence in knowing exactly where it is going off the tee. hits off center still get out there and with minimal spray. Love it!!!! this driver is amazing. i went with the 9.5 degree with the UST V-s stiff shaft. i launch it very easily and i usually have a problem with getting the ball in the air. it is very long and straight. the only thing it could use is a little more forgivness. i normally shoot low 80's and dont typically miss too many drives but if i missed more i would look for something more forgiving than this. I have never had a driver i felt good hitting but this one i know if i hit a decent shot, ill hit it a mile! like all titleist drivers i have had in the past, this one is crazy long when hit fairly well and longer than anything else when hit on the screws! i was driving around 250-260 now im around 275-280 when i hit it well! in short if you have got a golf game but want a bit more off the tee, go with this driver! |

I had a 905T and "upgraded it to a 9.5 907D2 with a Proto by You - A major step backwards, ballflight was way too high, ball flight was very inconsistent.

This driver is amazing! There is nothing else to be said I don't have but I want it. I know so many golfers that use the Titleist 905R and they wouldn't change it for anything. Personaly i think it is better than the D1 and D1 they just don't feel like Titleist drivers this has the true Titleist feel |

Wow, what a club! This is by far the best driver I have ever played with and has increased my distance easily by 30-40 yards and has improved my accuracy. I shot 1 under par for the first time in my life since purchasing this driver and I have been playing golf for 25 years so it has boosted my confidence to say the least. I am playing a 9.5 degree with an Aldila S65 shaft and it seems to suit my swing speed of 105 mph nicely. The club came slighty used at $149 (Golf Galaxy) it is the best deal out there. I drove one 330 yards the other day and felt like I barely swung the club. I played with a Cleveland Comp 460 for the previous 4 years and had a hard time giving that club up but am so glad I gave this club a try. If you need a driver give this club a try and see for yourself! Customer Service Not used Similar Products Used: Cleveland Comp 460 |

This by far is the hottest Titleist driver ever!!! I have been a playing titleist drivers since the 975D and have owned almost all of them since then. 975J-VS, 983K, 905T love them all. 975J-VS with the black and yellow factory grafalloy was the best for me. I have long serch for that consistency of that club. Well I finally found, but now it's about 30 yards longer WOW. I had my heart set on the 907D2 this year, played 36 holes with it 9.5 with the proforce V2. Just did not have the soul of the other titleist drivers in the past and it was not that much futher. Truly disappointed!!
Customer Service They awesome I have dealt with them in the past and they have always been really nice people. Similar Products Used: All Titleist drivers since 975D, Taylor Made R7 TP, and The Bomber. |

What can I say..... I bought this club used with a Proforce V2 S Flex shaft and have played 36 holes with it. I have never hit so many fairways in my life and this thing is just so powerful that I've never felt the need to try and 'power' one up yet. Best driver I've hit fullstop and this one flies easily 20-30m past my previous R7. This one is staying in the bag for some time.
