The 905T was my go to club, until i started to lose my shots to the left. Thats when i decided to switch things up. after a bit of a search i came across a used g2 with specs i liked-10deg,NV reg shaft(plays stiffer ,i think than a true reg). from the first hit on i was amazed at the feel, impact sound, and accuracy. with the 905,(which is a good club in my opinion, just not for me)the feel was there with a powerful sound but the result was mediocre, usually around 275 yards, often in first cut or rough to the left. The g2 is just incredible. effortless power that leads to longer straighter drives! i cant wait to play again! Customer Service never used Similar Products Used: callaway 454(very good too),Titleist 905T, Taylormade r7 460 & r5 Dual, Mizuno MX500-awesome club!, just didn't want to spend the money |

this driver has the best sound and feel of any driver ive tried. the alignment aid promotes confidence on the tee box. the stock shaft is a little iffy but overall this is a great driver. Customer Service i broke my shaft and with a 10 dollar charge got another one within 2 weeks. not bad Similar Products Used: adams redline, taylormade r7 |

I have been golfing for one year and have taken a few lessons with my dad. I have never broken 100 until last week. I have used 5 different drivers. 3 older Callaway Big Bertha's a ping TIST and yesterday the Ping G2. I bought a Callaway Great Big Bertha a few weeks ago and just started to hit my drives fairly straight about 260-270 yards, a few 280. My golf pro stuck his old G2 into my hands to try one his and I blasted the thing about 290 barely swinging and straight. Then I did it again and again. The thing is very easy to hit even for a newb like me and if far. Easily the best driver I have used. Customer Service Don't know anything about customer service... I think the Ping G2 is the best driver out there. I bought a Ping G5 just to see which one is best, the G2 is lighter more solid and more consistent. I have a G2 with an aldila NV Reg shaft, WHAT A LETHAL COMBINATION!

Ping G2 10 degree Aldila NV 65 reg
Believe the hype. I had been playing an Old Callaway Warbird 10 degree from '93. Needed to make the move to the 460 head. Traded in a trunk full of old and new drivers and got this new at a price of $179 from Golf Smith. Net was $35. From the first tee I hit the fairway after only 10 practice drives at the range. If I mis hit the ball, I only missed the fairway by a few yards. The feel is unbeliveable. I have been playing to a 20 handicap all summer, never breaking 90. 1st day out with the G2, 84. Hitting approach shots from the short grass makes the game much easier! I was going to wait for the Rapture, but I am very happy with the G2. At this price it should be a no brainer. This club is the real deal. Customer Service Ping has always been great and still is. Similar Products Used: Taylor Made R7 425, Nike Sasquatch |

Picked this up at Golf Galaxy for $160. I've never drived to well in my life, but i hit the best with this in the simulator. My first round at the range I'd hit a quarter of the balls fairly well.

Brilliant driver, especially if you play on golf courses with dogleg right. This driver should be renamed the bannana driver, my drives go as far right as it goes far. I used to be a scratch golfer before I purchased this driver. Now I am spending time hitting recovery shots. the sound of the solid drives are "pocks" not a "ping" i advise for you to save your money and buy ANY other driver, even WALMART could make a better driver! Customer Service Ping was helpful Similar Products Used: R7 Quad

Ping G2 10 degree. My driving accuracy has improved noticably. I am generally straight off the tee. However with my Taylor Made and Big Bertha Hawkeye, the bad surprises--leaks and yanks--were much more frequent. The G2 has helped me get under 10 Hdcp. Customer Service Not needed.
