Cleveland Launcher 8.5*, stiff flex
A very, very forgiving club. I''ve hit it way out on the toe and high on the face, still they seem to go straight. And it feels like heaven when you find the sweet spot. I''ve been able to slow my swing speed down for accuracy, and still gain 10 to 15 yards on my old driver.....and the kicker is that it''s less expensive than most other big name drivers. Best value on the market hands down. Customer Service None needed Similar Products Used: Taylor Made 300, Taylor Made Firesole, Callaway VFT, Titleist 975J. |

I tried the Launcher in the net and on the driving range it felt good and forgiving. I ordered one on line with the stock shaft. Took it to the course and it, (or I) performed good not great then I put a stiff Prolite Elite shaft in and the club and I fell in love. I feel it''s the most forgiving best feeling large headed drivers on the market. All skill levels can benifit stronger players go up one more flex if looking at the stock shaft Customer Service Never needed Similar Products Used: 975D/J, Blue rage, T/M 320 |

I had a chance to demo this club from 2nd Swing golf along with the new Nike 350 and the Mizuno Blue Rage. It had a 9.5 loft and stiff stock shaft. All I can say is I was so impressed I bought the club. This is the best driver I have tried in a long time. The Nike wasn''''t even close and the Mizuno was OK, but I had to slow my swing to get good results. I think Cleveland hit a homerun with this club. It looks like a Titelist when you look down at it. My bro-in law is a 3 handicap and also tried it and was very impressed. Best he''''s hit in a long time also. Similar Products Used: Mizuno Blue rage,Nike Forged 350 Ti |

I went to a local golf store and, based on reviews that I had read here, hit the Launcher as well as the Callaway Hawkeye VFT and several others. Hands down the Launcher produced consistently better results. I played my first round with it yesterday and absolutely loved it. This club flat out delivers - long and straight with an excellent flight trajectory - and it sounds SO sweet. This is the best club out there and by far the best value for the money. Enough said. After reading many great reviews on the Launcher, I decided to purchase one. Man, were they right. The club hits like a dream. It is straight and forgiving. In fact it hits so well that one of my playing partners (a Ping Man) is now thinking of buying his own Launcher. Similar Products Used: Ping, Callaway |

Cleveland Launcher
I have toyed with the idea of getting a new driver for about two years. I have been hitting a 975D with a Fujikura Prototype 70-s shaft in it for the last year. I have had the 975D for three years and have had a few shafts in it and found the Fujikura to be the best. I have been demoing several drivers on the course over the last year to see if I could find one that delivered the goods as well as the 975D. The Cleveland Launcher is worthy of comparison to the Titleist. I think that the most noteworthy features are that it is much more forgiving and may be slightly longer than the Titleist. Furthermore, it is the best stock shaft that I have ever seen in an OEM club. It feels very close to the $125 Fujikura in my 975D. I will still keep my 975D but will relegate it to back-up duty. Great Job Cleveland Golf. Customer Service Good Response Similar Products Used: Tried everything I could get my hands on. Ping TISI, Titleist J, Adams GT, Adams ST, Taylor Made 300 series, etc... |

Launcher 8.5 stiff
I have been searching for a new driver all spring, test driving clubs from all the big name guys. I found that the Cleveland fit me and my swing perfect. The first time I demoed the Launcher, I had 4 drives over 350 yds. and one of those at 382 yds. WOW. It was rather windy that day, but still those are big numbers. I experimented with different tee heights and found that striking the ball in the middle of the top half of the club produced a tremendous boring shot with lots of roll. I was hooked from that day forward, but demoed about 4 other drivers. I hit them well, but they did not give me the ball flight and feel that the Cleveland gave me. I have great confidence with this club and I can''t say enough good things about this driver. I''m thinking about trying out some of their fairway woods. Launcher. Boy did the boys at Cleveland pick the right name for this baby! Driving avg has gone from 250-270 with the late/great Quadpro Ti. to 275-300 with the Launcher. I did not know that kind of improvement was possible with just a club. Long, straight, forgiving.... and that sound when you really spank one right on the screws... WOW! This club simply cannot be beat at this price or any other. GREATNESS!! jdhmac24...Toms still plays an old PING driver and he has always been great but no one knew until he bagged a major. Cleveland Launcher
After using a Cobra Titanium driver for the past few years, I decided it was time to test drive something new. In early March, I went to a local store here in Calgary and tried a Yonex 350 and the Wilson Deep Red. The pro watched my swing (on a simulator) for a few minutes, and said "Hold on, I am going to get you something different". He came back with the Launcher, 10.5 degree, regular shaft. The first drive was 210, then 220, 225, 235, and 242. I said I was taking it home. Since then I have played 11 rounds, and my average distance is about 235 - 240. I have hit the ball as far as 270. On a 370 yard par 4 last week, I was driver, lob wedge. It comes under the category of "Wow!" By contrast, I used to be between 210 - 220. It drives the ball in a line drive with tremendous roll - it is real hard to pop it up. A smooth swing will deliver a very straight shot with a hint of a draw. Swinging too fast results in a duck hook. As my wife told me "This is going to change your whole game!" And it will. I am excited about the upcoming season! Cleveland Launcher 9.5* stiff/stock shaft
If you list the driver reviews by best rating, the Launcher is blowing away the rest of the pack of big names. I''''ll tell you what, this club earns every bit of these terrific reviews. Have played one round and hit 10/14 fairways (71% - was 42%) and increased my average distance from 218 to 269. Feels incredibly solid and gives good feedback. VERY forgiving and a nice, classy look. For the price, it absolutely blows away any other competition. Why pay $200+ more for a "trusted" name, but an inferior product? Cleveland is the most underrated name in golf. Had you ever heard of Cameron Beckman, Pat Bates, Shawn Micheel, Chad Campbell, Boo Weekley, Harrison Frazar, Bob Estes, Jerry Kelly, Steve Lowery, or Joe Durant 18 months ago? They all play the Launcher and are in contention now more than ever. Also, Andrew Magee''''s ace on the par-four came with this club and you know that Vijay Singh (2 wins in a row after switching), David Toms (PGA Champ. and Compaq Champ.), and the great Byron Nelson can''''t be wrong. I am not a Cleveland employee, but their products really impress me. Neck-and-neck with Titleist as far as I''''m concerned, and for a better price. THE BEST driver on the market. Can''''t wait to see how technology could possibly get better than this!
