I can hit this driver 290+ with the stock graphite shaft. Anyone who gives this a 1 star rating is a jackass. Most any driver in the world will give you decent results if you have a good swing. The Callaway clubs in general are very forgiving, and the Steelhead is no different. If anyone thinks they can hit another driver considerably better with the same swing, then they are kidding themselves. Go spend $400 on your Tisi's, but I will still outdrive you! Bwahahaha! Customer Service Excellent! Less than a week turnaround. Similar Products Used: None |

This one of the worst clubs i have ever ever next to the steelhead plus. they are a complete waste of money and have little distance and accuracy. Although i love the sound after you hit the ball. Similar Products Used: None |

I purchased the driver for accuracy purposes. I did not like the driver after I purchased it. My ball flight was low and miss hits died in the fairway. I came close to reshafting the thing but held off. After grueling trips to the range I am now smacking it on the screws. The driver is not as long (260 – 280) as my BBB (275 - 300) but a little more accurate. The club serves what I purchased it for. My GBB 3w is pushing it though (235- 250).True story, before I bought the SH+ my driving accuracy was a pathetic 14% and now I am hitting 75% of my fairways and most of ones that miss were still in play. Do you think it was the driver?... Customer Service Excellent service! Similar Products Used: GBB 3 & 5, BBB, Adams Tight Lies. |

I bought this club for $249 over the internet. This club has a great feel, and is weighted perfectly for my swing. I have demoed much more expensive clubs, and did not get much more distance. If your just starting out like me, don't spend the extra money on titanium. Similar Products Used: Calloway Greatest Big Bertha, 975d, Firesole |

Steelhead 9* w/ Memphis 10 Shaft
I really don't like this club all that much. Ever since I got it it has been very misleading. It makes a good sound but doesn't go far then makes a bad sound and goes far. I mean that is quite confusing in itself. But when you hit it you hit it. Also then the club face dents easily and that was a pain. I had to take the club back 3 times in one season. That was bad because I really couldn't get off the tee w/o it. Well the club really wasn't for me but other people love it. Normally if you like steel clubs this club is for you. Steelhead PLUS 10* w/ M10 Shaft
UGH! Not much more to say. Really disappointing club. Some tell me the shaft is to blame. I tend to agree, I think the M10 "Uniflex" shaft is a joke for a better player. Everytime I get into the impact zone it feels like the club is nowhere near the right spot. Very good hits were just average in length. Zero forgiveness in anything less than perfect. I called this club a mistake and promptly sold it, but as much as I like my other Callaway woods, I would say it's just a wrong combo for me. But I would definitely say try this club before blindly buying..... Customer Service Nice, offered to recondition the club if I ever had problems or condition anomolies... Sounds great, feels great off the Tee! Customer Service No Experience but I do know that the faces on some of these clubs are prone to dent. Keep an eye on yours if you buy one. Similar Products Used: Taylor Made Ti, Callaway Hawk Eye, Adams Tight Lies 2 Driver. |

8 degree driver, Strong 3-wood, 5-wood, Steel shafts, 2'' longer. Driver-Easier to hit, 10 to 15 yards longer than old 7 degree driver it replaced. Strong 3- wood 20 yards longer than old standard 3-wood. Easy to pick clean off the fairway. 5-wood same as the other two. 1 dislike, reminder grips. These have to be one of the best values around. |
