I have played college golf and now I play professionally and I think that these golf balls are far superior for my game then any other top of the line golf balls made today. I have played with Titleist and Maxfle and many others, but I have not seen such distance, control and feel in one ball before, until now. Thanks Top-Flite for allowing me to play better golf!

This ball as such a nice feel (off the tee, on the fairway and on the green). Accuracy if very good. Why buy does expensive balls when you can have balls like this who can get the job done. By the way, this is the only ball I was able to do a 7 FOOT BACKSPIN!!!!!!! Just like the pros. Now when I need balls, MAGNA DISTANCE all the way.

This is the ball I currently use. At AU$29 a doz, this ball offers excellent all-round performance. With them, I regularly push out 280y (250m) drives and can then use the spin of the ball on the greens. I previously used the old Z-Balata balls by Top Flite and these were better again. While Top Flite claims that the XL 2000 covers are Z-Balata, I am doubtful that it is exactly the same cover as the older model. While these balls are more durable, they definitely do not spin like the old version. Like the old ball though, they still putt very nicely.
Much of my golf is played in howling wind off the ocean. These balls occasionally tend to flair and as such, they don't penetrate quite as well as distance balls. Apart from that though, they represent good value for money and a cheap Balata type ball for the mid to low handicapper.

This ball is good from short range but not the greatest off the drive. The "reduce hook and slice" doesn't really work and is kind of a gimmick. Ball is a little expensive but it is a usable golf ball.

I'm a relatively new golfer (only about a year) and I hit almost any ball that I get. I am strongly leaning towards golfing only with the XL-2000. Every time I am having a good round I seem to be using the xl-2000. Most of the other balls are OK, but the XL-2000 seem to keep me out of the woods consistently. I get great distance and straight.

This ball is outstanding! Great distance, feel, and spin. Lands softly on the greens and feels great putting. The cover isn't as hardy as their old-line XL, but that ball felt like a rock. This XL2000 ES is VERY comparable to the Taylor Made Inergel which has a softer feel. All in all, this is my FAV ball. ...it just may be for you. Give it a try. Those that don't like it usually want a "firmer" feeling ball. To each his own.

HOw much does a ball really matter to an amateur golfer? Well, basically, the 5 to 10 yards in difference off the tee doesn't really make the large difference, in fact, it makes none. The only benefit for using a good ball is the confidence it instills in the player. The Top Flite XL 2000 fails to give that consistent confidence when you are standing in the tee box. It doesn't fly as far as the commerical would lead you to believe. In fact, standard issue Pinnacle Gold LS balls ( not even titanium, $18 for 24 at Costco) satisfy me much more than the expensive Top Flite XL 2000 Magan alternative.

I like this ball mainly because of it's price. You can get them at Wal-Mart for 15.00 for 18. Distance is average and I do not play the ball well enough to get any other benefits. Don't be fooled though, if you slice or hook, this ball will not fix it for you

Decent ball - but don't expect miracles. Does indeed reduce some of the nasty slice spin - but a mis-hit will remain ugly. Great value, actually any of the XL 2000 models are of high value!!
