Rule 35 Red and Blue
To me, there is not much difference as far as feel goes between the two balls. Both feel great off the putter, and feel easily controlled off of the irons. Both carry forever, and hold greens well. I like the feel of the blue slightly better off of the irons, because it doesn't click like the Red. Hitting drives with these balls is like a dream come true. They fly high and straight, and for a long time. I will continue to play the Callaway Rule 35 Blue golf Ball. Blue & Red
I have tried both the Blue and Red Rule 35 balls. These are the best balls I have played. Everything Callaway says about these balls is true. The Blue feels soft and sticks to the green and the Red are long... I tagged one 310 yards (not wind assisted) with my Ping Driver and made the green with a 175 yard 8 iron (the 8 iron (Callaway x-12's)was from an elevated fairway up about a club to a club and a half from the green). Callaway firm and soft feel
I found these balls great they both go long and spin.Sometimes the soft feel ball backs up a little to much. They are very durable as i have played 3-5 rounds tand they have only a few dint in them.Unlike the Nike TW they are easy to spin and get airborne. They are too expensive though.I think I will stick with my TW and The Pro v1. Weird golf ball. I know this is the Firmfeel ball, but I was unprepared for just how firm it felt. If you are used to a Precept/Revolution/Titleist Professional feel you will have to adjust to this ball. It even feels firm when chipping and putting. On the upside, the ball seems relatively long with a decent short-game feel. One word of caution: two different balls exhibited an unusual knuckleball/corkscrew type effect on clean hits with little wind. Maybe I had some bad eggs, and for my once-a-week a$$ it probably doesn't matter, but I would not trust this ball based on my experience. Similar Products Used: Pro V1, Rev. Solid, Rev. When my scoring counts I only use the Callaway Blue, Why? (this ball is too expensive to use for pratice, though I have played with 1 ball for several practice rounds and it is just now starting to look bad) this ball out performs the others I've played. To me this ball flies farther with more control than the Titlest Tour prestige or Strata. The feel of the blue is pure sweetness (soft but firm enough to hit it where you want it to go). This ball really penatrates the wind like no other. It stops on the greens and rolls like crazy on the fairways. The cover feels tacky (it gives you the sense it sticks to the club head and you can work the ball). Like anything your results depend on you, how you hit the ball, what kind of feel you want in a ball or the confidence in the brand. All I can say is try it, you might like it (I did). This ball is very overrated. The spin is no greater than any other soft, high spin ball. The cover is so soft that the ink from the Callaway logo actually smeared in my hand! I'll stick to my Strata ML Balata balls for this type of performance. Not very durable, either. Customer Service None. Similar Products Used: Strata, Precept, Titleist |

Rule 35 Softfeel
This ball is absoloutly magnificent!! Off the tee it has a lovely penetrating ball flight and imense amounts of distance which is suprising as it is a soft ball. When you hit any iron with this balls it holds its line perfectly and has a good spin rate. The real performance comes on the greens as this is such a nice ball to putt with, t has such a great feel! Go and buy yourself a pack and dont worry about teh price because its worth it. I have not yet hit the pro v1 so i cant compare them but this beats the titleist professional 90,nike tour accuracy, and all the others. Callaway Rule 35 Blue
The Callaway Rule 35 Blue is pretty impresive. It isn't as long with the driver as compared to the Nike Tour Accuracy (a very long ball), but it plays better all-around. This ball has a very soft cover but still has remarkable durability. I guess if you're curious how this ball will work for you, just "HIT IT" and maybe "BELIEVE IT"? Customer Service Callaway has great customer service. I had to special order a "lefty" ERC II driver and was given a lead-time of 8-10 weeks. I got the driver in 2 weeks!!!! Callaway Red Rule 35
The Callaway Red might be the best ball out there. Has anyone noticed that when other companies compare balls they always use the Callaway Blue? The Maxfli and Wilson sites both have comparisons that say their ball is better then ProV1 and Callaway but never do they use the Red ball. Also, when given a choice, almost every Callaway Pro is using the Red ball. It's as long as ProV and Revolution and I think it spins just as much as Rev and more then the ProV. I love the way a White Hot Putter feels with the Red ball. Of all the new balls out I would rate them 1. Callaway Red, 2. Strata Tour Ultimate, 3. ProV1, 4. Tour Accuracy (not the Tiger ball), 5. Revolution Solid, 6. Wilson iWound (very disapointing ball). Customer Service Callaway customer service is the best in the business Similar Products Used: Putters and Woods |

Callaway Red (firm)
I played the Blue ball for quite a while and thought that it was the second best ball, only to the Titleist Professionall, that I have ever used for the the short game. The Blue really sticks inside 120 yards and is longer than the Pro. However, the Blue problem was in 1 to 2 club wind it bent too much and had less than impressive distance. Callaway Blue was longer than the Titleist Pro, although it is not that long. The Callway Red handles the wind considerably better than the Blue while being measurably longer. Also, I believe it is a straighter ball under any condition. It also sticks inside 120 yards. I like the soft feel of both balls on the White Hot putter. They are both excellent, with the Blue feeling more like the Titleist pro. Now that I am accustomed to the Red, that is a little bit firmer, Red putts quite well for me with no drop off on my scoring. Between both Callaway balls, I have chosen the Red because of its distance characteristics, straight and predicitible flight, excellent feel around the greeens and putting attributes. I don't think you will go wrong with either ball. But the Red one is the best all around ball for my type of game ( 15 handicap/ low 90's MPH swing). I will gladly take a 1/2 to 1 club length advantage of the Red with its excellent short game features any time I can get it. It just seems to me that all balls seem to be getting better.
