I HAVE BEEN A PGA PROFESSIONAL FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS AND I CAN PROMISE ANYONE THIS IS SOME OF THE BEST INSTRUCTION YOU WILL EVER GET. ANYONE WHO SAYS DIFFERENT IS SIMPLY NOT LISTENING TO THE VIDEOS. IF YOU DON'T GET IT THE FIRST TIME WATCH THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. DALTON IS CORRECT ABOUT MOST CLUBS BEING TOO FLAT. YOU MUST ADJUST YOUR CLUBS TO AROUND 4 DEGREES UPRIGHT AND STAND CLOSER TO THE BALL. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BUT PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS. THESE FOLKS ARE LOOKING FOR THE QUICK FIX. THERE IS NO SUCH THING. IF YOU PRACTICE THESE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS ON A CONSISTANT BASIS YOU WILL IMPROVE DRAMATICALLY. I QUALIFIED FOR THE 1992 US OPEN USING THESE VERY SAME TECHNIQUES. DALTON DID NOT INVENT THEM HE JUST USES DIFFERENT LANGUAGE TO TRY AND GET HIS POINT MADE. FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.

I am a high handicap golfer. I think these videos are great, I also bought the short game and the putting videos. I am improving already. I pay £30(US45) for a lesson and I have paid £99 for the whole set. I can have lessons whenever I want. The only problem is I cannot find a small tyre. These tapes are well worth the money.

I am so cheap and skeptical that I first made fun of my friend for buying this series and he had to do a lot of talking to even get me to watch it. My most cumbersome problem was a tendency to hook the ball. But I must confess, after watching these videos--not only can I shoot as straight as I can point--I'm also getting better distance on all my clubs. Other reviewers crucified Dalton for presenting a method that decreased their distance. Not so with me! These videos area a real diamond in the rough. I took lessons four years ago from the local golf pro and his advice didn't amount to one-tenth of what I learned on this video. I recommend them to anyone who is trying to shoot straighter and with more consistency!

While Dalton is not your usual intructor (he's kinda goofy) he does have some good fundamental things that he is teaching. I don't know if he can honestly say that the club stays straight for 40 inches, but it does seems to stay online longer that my old swing. I am a constant searcher for a better way and I have tried many different methods. When I tried this, my game got better, but then I saw something else I wanted to try for the instant fix. Then my game went down. So I'm back to this. I'd like to see what my game would be like if I stuck with it for a full summer. Video is not done very well, but you get the information. There are alot of other products out there that cost much more, but do not help as much as this will. You have to commit yourself to this method, if you just dabble with it you won't see good results.

The quality of the video could be better. However, I have had Daltons video
for 4 Months and I did have a terrible slice but after watching the video and practicing the swing, I can now hit the ball AS SRTAIGHT AS YOU CAN POINT and my distance has greatly improved.A MUST FOR ALL GOLFERS.

This set of videos is the worst thing that I have ever purchased. This guy is a complete idiot. He presents the information in a way so that you will feel inclined to buy all of the extra stuff that he sells along with it. For a real swing trainer, purchase a Kallassy Swing Magic.

At first, I thought the videos were the best. But, after further practice I realized I was losing distance in all my clubs. If you want distance don't listen to Dalton when he says to cast the club. You need the power at the ball, not behind the ball.
It took me a year to get back on track.
I would not recommed this video.

This video is a JOKE and I believe it can be devastating to those who use it, especially beginners. There are two main flaws to what he preaches: 1) He recommends that you CAST the club at the top of backswing so you can get it square to the target line a good foot or so before the ball. This does accomplish what he says it will.....you will hit the ball straight BUT you might as well forget about having ANY power in your shots. 2) He encourages a WAY exagerrated right foot turn. In fact, he suggests that your right foot should pivot (and point to the target) BEFORE the club gets to the ball (or at the same time), so that your right hand is next to your pocket at impact. He claims this is what causes a divot.

So, in summary, he advises you to cast the club at the top of your swing then immediately throw the heel of your right foot out. BOTH will cause a tremendous lack of power. Do not buy this product if you are serious about your game.

While the full video series is not a great joy to watch however, it has absolutely helped me gain great consistancy in my game and lowered my scores -- not to mention I am hitting the ball much straighter! Practice is absolutely a requirement of gaining benefit from this system -- but, there is nothing like being able to have a clue over the ball from anywhere on the course. It easy to knock the watchability of the video series but if you take the info and practice -- your game will improve noticeably, my game went from a little over 100 to 92 on a very difficult course when I play anywhere else I always break 90 and often play in low 80's -- the game is much more fun and I always pick up another hint when I rewatch the videos. I later picked up the other videos on putting and short game and got great results.

Until I bought this series I couldn't break in to the 60's. I was constantly shooting right around par but I just needed the little extra knowledge of the swing that these tapes gave me to break the par barrier. I think that the way he presents the swing will also be easy for beginners to grasp. It makes you wonder how any of these other pros stay in business by NOT improving their students' swings. I am saving so much money now that I dont have to see my pro every week. I just wish there instructor in my area that taught this method.
