This club is great. I've never been able to spin the ball, so when I took it out for the first time I was amazed how easy it is to make a ball stop. Technology kicks a$$. This club replaced my Cleveland 588 56 degree SW. After playing w/ this club for a couple rounds now, I have noticed that I no longer have a need for a GW. This club is longer than most other SW I've used. Every club in my bag is the best I've ever had and they're all TITLEIST (except my reliable Ping putter). Customer Service Never needed to contact them for any problems. Similar Products Used: Cleveland 588's (lack in distance) |

I'm so glad I got this wedge. I used to Have a Ben Hogan GAP but that was a little hard to hit. Produced a lot of spin but the face marked easily. I liked it, but I just had a gut feeling that I would be better with a Titleist RAW. It took me a whole night to think if I would trade it in, and I did. It took me 2 weeks to get it (special order because they were out of it), but it was well worth it. I only tried it for one day. You never know, I might end up hating it... Pin point accuracy and unmatched spin which allows me to shoot for flagsticks and hold greens. At first I thought it was to heavy compared to the cleveland 588, but prefered the feel for punch shots. The rust look just makes set up a breez. Defanitly recomend Similar Products Used: Cleveland 588 |

I once owned a Vokey 456-14 but didn't like the chrome finish and the way the sand seemed to glue itself to the face after a trip to the beach. Oh, how I wish I had that club now. Very versatile much more so than this club. The raw vokey has a harder feel than the chrome versions and is probably not offset enough for a 90's player like myself. I will, in the future, leave Titleist to the pros. Better balanced than the Clevelands (head heavy) but not as soft nor as forgiving as the Mizuno sand wedge I carry. Look good in bag, but that's about it. Not a club that boosts my confidence and subsequently neither does it lower my score. Customer Service They're slow but they will repair defects. Had a carry bag,sx-08, that ripped in the seam after only a month of normal use. They replaced the bag but it took approx. 6 weeks to return it to me. Mediocre rating in that department. The club is great inside of 75 yards and gives you the confidence to take dead aim at the pin. I really like the way the ball comes of the club and lands softly on the green. This club was probably made for someone with a single digit handicap, but I believe it will work for anyone regardless of handicap. Get one and you will not regret it! This is my third wedge but my very 1st Titelist. I was nervous to spend as much as I did on this newest line from Titleist, but liked the feel compared to the less expensive Cleveland and Taylor Made wedges I tried at the shop. What I have discovered about my short game is that I never really hit the ball inside of 100 yards with confidence. After using this club for 3 months, I now aim dead on for the pin and take a full swing knowing the ball will stop and will be close. The distance has been easily predictable, and consistent. This is my favorite club in my bag and I am seriouly considering ditching one or more of my other wedges in my set to replace with Titelists. 54 DEGREE RAW VOKEY
HEY, IF THAT GUY IN THE FIRST LISTED REVIEW CAN NOW SPIN HIS CHIPS TO A FOOT HOW COME HE SHOOTS IN THE 80'S ? VERY ONE DIMENSIONAL CLUB, LOUSY FOR CHIPPING, UNPREDICTABLE FROM SAND, REALLY ONLY USEFUL FOR FAIRWAY SHOTS FROM 60 TO 110 YARDS. ALSO SPINS THE BALL TOO MUCH- DOES NOT WANT TO RELEASE EVEN WHEN YOU GIVE IT THE DEAD HANDS MOVE. I LIKE A 54 DEGREE WEDGE TO GO WITH MY 60 DEGREE AND 48 DEGREE, BUT I AM GOING BACK TO THE CLEVELAND, VOKEY IS REALLY ONE GREAT LOOKING CLUB BUT THAT IS ABOUT ALL IT IS GOOD FOR, I WOULDN'T SUGGEST USING IT FOR GOLF. I AM DEFINATELY GIVING THIS ONE AWAY Similar Products Used: HOGAN, CLEVELAND, ORIGINAL CHROME VOKEY WEDGES |
