48 54 60 Low Bounce RTG
Best wedges in the world. I had Hogans and Forged Titleists. I purchased the 60 because it was forged with the RTG finish. The sun does reflect off chrome. After using it, I bought the 54, removed my Titleist 681 pitching wedge, and replaced it with the 48. They are so easy to hit. I plan on replacing my 9 iron with a custom 46 bent to 45 and 1/4 over. Yup, they're that good. Customer Service I never had to deal with Cleveland's customer service. I hope they're as good as the wedges. 60deg low bounce gunmetal
Im using a set of callaway 2000 BB's with graphite shaft, 3-sw, so i wanted something with a bit more "feel" for closer around the greens. My callaway sand wedge is 54 deg and while very straight and accurate on a full swing, for shorter chips it just doenst seem to give me everything it should. On the other hand hitting any true wedge with a full swing is such a gamble for me that i tend to use the cleveland just with in about 50 yards or less. In that area its excellent though, i got the low bounce as i tend to blade the ball sometime and the low bounce lets me get under the ball a bit more. I got the gunmetal since i wanted a soft feel with better durability than the brz copper model. Also i dont want the club to rust, just dont like the look. Very easy club to get a feel for around the greens and it checks up really well with any kind of ball i used. theres a reason golf stores more of these than any other wedge. one thing im going to do is buy a pelz grip for the club with the lack of taper for chocking up on the shaft Similar Products Used: checked out the callaways which were nice but didnt seem like i hit it as straight the same percentage, vokeys i didnt like how it felt when swinging. |

900 form forged
great addition. always have played cleveland wedges. i have 588 in sand and lob. i use the 900 forged 52' as a gap wedge. fits nicely between a 46' pw and sw. great feel. excellent from 100-120 out and chips around the green. excellent for long bunker shots. Customer Service golfdom has been helpful in selecting the right wedge. haven't dealt with cleveland. have no coplaints about any of their products. (i've played the ta3's as well as their wedges). Similar Products Used: tried hogans, which are more expensive forged clubs, but still like the feel of the clevelands better. |

58 RTG
Great club. I got the RTG model which rusts up a bit and puts a lot of spin on it. Great for lob shots and around the green if i have stob it short. Play it on the fringe and checks up like nothing else. A little more difficult to hit on full shots, not very forgiving. Similar Products Used: vokey |

Cleveland 900 wedges
I used to play Titleist Vokey wedges. I switched to Cleveland 900 wedges( 52, 56, and 60)few months ago because Cleveland has much much softer feel. They even come with Spinner Rifle shaft as options. The shaft is a little bit flexible than Dynamic Gold that help generating more spin. The direction, distance and spin control are also excellent. cleveland 900 chrome 56 deg; cleveland 52 deg gun metal
The 52 degree gunmetal 900: At first, I had a little problem aligning it and i find the club to draw on full shots. i shoot it 123 yards. It checks up quite well. It is good to use from range 123 to 90 yards. Quite good out of semi rough. Chrome 900 56 deg normal bounce, this one is a beauty. so good to play from around the green up to 80 yards, not bad from the sand, and even thick rough. the ball really checks up well and you can go hit the pin every time! on 60 yards to 100 you can even spin the ball a few feet back. great feel! value for money! both wedges are great and can really help your 130 yard and below game. As they say this is where the scoring really comes from. Go get your cleveland wedges. Customer Service none Similar Products Used: alien, matsushiba, taylormade, mizuno |

Cleveland Model 900 Chrome 54* Low Bounce
Since the square shape of my previous sand wedge (a Wilson Staff Gooseneck) wasn't conducive to hitting pitch shots or chips, I used my 47* Black Cat pitching wedge for these shots. Today I used the 54* low bounce sand wedge for the first time and I could not be happier with this club. Even though I'm not a particularly good putter, today I had 27 putts mostly because I had 5 tap-ins after hitting some great pitches and chips. The feel and distance control with this wedge is superior and the curved leading edge seems to help the clubhead knife thru deep, thick grass. Ironically, I was not in a trap today so I will have to wait till my next round to see how this sand wedge actually performs in the sand. If this club continues to perform well, I'm afraid that I'll have to add the matching 60* low bounce lob wedge to my arsenal. Gunmetal 56* low bounce
When Cleveland first announced a new wedge, I was very anxious to put one in my bag. No testing necessary. I have always liked thier wedges and I have to say, this one is no different. The wedge is awesome from the fairway and from what I hear, its great in the sand as well (I use my 60* in sand). The gunmetal finish is fantastic, granted it will wear, it still gives you confidence looking at a white ball by the black face. I wouldnt trade it for another wedge. I have never liked the Vokeys and still dont. It doesnt scuff the softer urethane covers like the Vokeys do either. Great buy. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: just about all of them |

RTG 56* Low Bounce Sand Wedge
This wedge is amazing. It puts tons of spin on the ball no matter what type of shot you are playing. This wedge checks up nicely on the second bounce out of sand, making sand shots controlled, not a whack-it and pray job. From the fairway, the performance is only average. After learning to let the club swing itself, play got better, but still not great. Oh well, it's a small price to pay for the overall performance of this club. Highly recommend.
