Being a lefty, the only model available to me was the 1. I love the look of it at address, though I'd like a sight line instead of a dot. This putter has unbelievable feel and feedback. The distance control is alright. The headcover is really cool looking and nice. The divot tool is sweet, but it gets a lot of dings and dents on it because it's aluminum.

This putter is the best putter that I've seen so far. The ball feels great coming off the putter. It makes any ball feel soft, even rocks (aka Top Flite). The putter feels soft yet solid at the same time. This putter is great.

I think these putters are awesome...they are soft and roll the ball great.Compared ot the pro plat. it is tough....the looks of the studio arent the coolest but yet you have to look at it as a piece of art. The pro plat. are nice but they are more so clicky then solid. I will stick to the studio but dont get me wrong the pro plat. is great too.

Just had a chance to demo all of the new Studio Designs. They were good. They needed more weight. Great feel and very easy to hit the sweetspot everytime. Loved the grips. Wish there were more head shapes to choose from. Found the 1.5 the best mostly due to the sight line. The divot tool is a great idea, but the headcover would probably attract too much attention. Overall they're good clubs. Still wouldn't give up my Pro Platinum for one of these.

Beautiful putter, the 1.5 was by far my favorite b/c of the site line. Had also bought the Pro Platinum Newport 2 and, though it was a tough decision, my accuracy with the Pro Plat was a little greater so I kept that one. Certainly would have been happy with either. The other thing I liked better about the Pro Platinum putters is that they are lower maintenance, more resistant to rust. The Screaming Yellow cover didn't do much for me, thought it was more of an advertisement for someone to steal your putter than anything! All in all a quality putter from Scotty Cameron, try it out along with the other Scotty designs, they're great!

Customer Service

Sent email question and rec'd quick response, though it didn't answer my question.

I tried out all four models on the practice green for a number of hours. All of them have a similar face feel but the 1.5 has the best overall feel because of the rear cut-out which makes the face feel thinner. The overall feel is pure Cameron. I also have a Pro Platinum - this seried has the oil can feel...nice! It is well worth the prices and the cool headcover and divot tool are just a bonus. If you choose a Ping, Odessey, etc....you're nuts.

Wow, what a nice putter. I looked at the platinum pro and the platinum mill spec. I settled on this one because it felt a bit softer but yet firm. I have had all the ping putters and kept leaving the ball short or I was always left. This putter has helped me a lot. A bit pricey but after dropping $450 consistently for drivers why not invest on a club that you consistently use hopefully once or twice a hole?

Wonderful feel and confidence building putter. Weight of the head gives an eerie awareness of club movement. Hole more putts than all other putters. Prefer this putter over the pro plats cos of feel. Pity abt the rusting tendencies.
