Odyssey White Hot Putters

Odyssey White Hot Putters

DESCRIPTION

Features an insert made from the same material as Callaway's "Rule 35" Ball. When machined into a putter, the cover material provides both a softer feel and pleasing sound, while maintaining consistent distance control and responsiveness.

There are no good or bad putters, just the right putter for a certain golfer. I just bought the white hot number 2 after considering the Carbite ZH, and I've been very pleased with it. I like the soft feel and clean look. It's not as forgiving as the Carbite, but it doesn't feel as if the ball just leaps off the face like the Carbite. At the very least, the putter has inspired me to spend more time on the practice green than the range.

You can't put consistently if you cannot get the ball to roll consistently. The roll off the face of this putter is pure and the feel is very gratifying. There isn't a putter out there that can teach you to read a green, but if you have consistent feel and roll then you can learn to put. This is putter would be a bargain at twice the price!

Played with a Odyssey Rossie blade in the beginning and 3 putted a lot, now that I have the white hot, I 2 putt more and sometimes get birdies. Has extremely improved my putting. The only thing is, you have to get use to it. You cant just go out and sink all of your putts with it. Overall, great feel and great on long putts.

I bought the club on the principle that its the most used club. I am afraid I am struggling with it. I don't seem to get any feel in the putts. SInce buying it I have tried other Oddessey putters and PING putters and they have a much better feel and are cheaper.

I LOVE this putter!! Been struggling with the lack of feel on OTHER putters (TearDrop). Tried the White Hot, loved it!! The first putter that felt good in the pro shop, practice green AND the real green. Naturally, this thing will not read the putt for you, but IF you can read it, the feel is incredibly easy to get used to! My chipping blows, but with this putter, a 25-30 foot put is VERY possible, and making 4-6 footers a breeze!! No probs with discolor of face or marks, but kept the head cover on all the time when not in use helps!

This is a very good putter. It has a lovely roll and is easier to keep that the Scotty Cameron. The #1 head looks good in a pic but I found it too small. The #4 head sits nicely and is just the right size.

I like it!!! It's the best feeling $100 putter I've used/tried. Looks GREAT too. Give it a try and I think you'll be impressed with this very nice and affordable putter.
