Odyssey White Hot Two Ball
Have improved by about ten strokes from last season and half the improvement has come from this putter. I used the Odyssey White Hot last year and its a good putter but I found myself missing too many short putts (I would still recommend it for people who can't handle the look of the two ball putter). The two ball design makes 3-footers automatic and 6-footers almost automatic. This has really added to my confidence when I approach my initial putt and also for chips and pitches. Only word of caution is that when you first start using it, it seems everything will go in. But when the inevitable off day or slump comes around, make sure you maintain your stroke. I had my first bad front nine putting-wise after about five rounds with this putter and made things worse on the back nine by decelerating as the putter approached the ball (I was unconsciously trying to see that the "two balls" made square contact with my golf ball). My playing partner picked up on it after a few holes and I was fine after that. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Odyssey White Hot |

I started off the season with this putter and sold it after about 3 weeks. Had great success with it, just decided to go to something more traditional. Well, I just bought my second one after realizing how much more confident I felt in alignment and how easy it is to make a nice pendulum swing with this putter. Great distance control and accuracy. You still have to find the right line and put on the right stroke, but this putter just makes me feel more confident about where I am lined up and allows me to concentrate on the swing. This time its in the bag to stay. Customer Service A+ Similar Products Used: Ping, Scotty C., Bettinardi, Tad Moore |

Is this putter legal?? Played a round with it for the first time yesterday, and I must say that it cut at least five strokes from my game! Have to get used to the softer face.... but alignment was a breeze! Only ONE three-putt out of eighteen - I right out choked on that one :-) A little lighter than the regular Odyssey mallets, but was still had a good pendulum swing on it. White Hot 2-ball Putter
I purchased this hoping to improve my short putts a little. It swings very nice, but after awhile I noticed that I was pushiing most of my putts right of the hole. After some investigation I realized that when the grip was square the face of the putter was open (verified by two different people at the place I bought it)?! I went back to the store and compared 4 of these putters; one had the face open, one slightly open, one square and one closed. I traded my opened face putter for the square one and what a difference. This putter really does have a nice feel and I hit it very well. Morale of the story: If you are interested in this putter, or any other, make sure that the grip and the face square up correctly. Customer Service The folks at Palo Alto Muni are always great and worth paying a little extra for. Similar Products Used: PIXL S1.8 milled w/steel insert. VERY nice putter and the face is square! |

I had a chance to play 27 holes with this putter and am really happy so far. I especially like the putter within the 10 ft range. Looking at the 2 balls as an alignment guide really seems to help for me as a make a stroke through the ball. I have to admit that I am having some trouble with distance on longer putts, and I think that will change over time. Softer feel than I would of imagined. If you like that "mallet type" look this is a must try, even traditional shape (Ping and Scotty users) should try. I found that they measure a 1/2 shorter, so mine is 33 1/2 inches. Real good weight and the standard Winn grip is a bonus. Customer Service Haven't used Similar Products Used: Never Compromise ZI Omega, Ping Anser, Taylor Made TPA V. |

Excellent putter- always trusted and used Scotty's in the past - but advised to try this 2 ball putter out by local Pro.Dream come true- no more 3 putts, speed and distance no longer an issue, just love putting again. If you are serious about bringing your Handicapp down - a must |

Odyssey 2-Ball
Wow. What a club. My putting was suffering and really letting my scores down until I tried a friends 2-Ball. Every putt seemed to go in, or very close. The week before I took 34 putts with my old putter. On my first game with the 2-Ball, I took 27. The feel is excellent and lining up the putts is easy. So easy, it feels like cheating. The club gives me so much confidence over the ball. Something I haven''t had while putting for a long time. The only problem with it is the price. It''s £150 (about $211) over here in the UK which is a lot to pay. When you consider that it''s the club you use the most, and most people pay twice that for a driver, then it''s worth it. If you are struggling with putts and don''t mind a large, strange looking putter, then try it. I guarantee you''ll play well with it. Similar Products Used: Taylor Made Nubbins |
