Carbite Polar Balanced ZG Mallet
I bought this putter strictly for what it claims to correct, off center putts. On longer putts, I have been fighting my tendency to hit toward the toe of the putter, thus losing distance and accuracy. The Carbite company claims to virtually eliminate loss of distance and accuracy on off center hits due to the extreme perimeter weighting. Well, it works. My putts are losing much less distance and are veering much less to the right on toe hits. It has been saving me somewhere between 3 to 5 strokes per round, so needless to say, I'm one happy golfer! People very good at putting would be very good with a crooked branch, this putter is for those of you like me who need a little corrective assistance. On a scale of 1 to 10 in regard to Carbite's claims, I would give the ZG a solid 10, terrific! Similar Products Used: Odyssey Rossie I, Taylor Made Pro-formance, Ram Zebra. |

Great all around putter. For long putts, some golfers may prefer the ZG mallet version, but this entire line is very good. The insert allows you to improve your accuracy. Similar Products Used: Odyssey DF550, Titleist Teryllium Newport, Taylor Made Nubbin B1, Cleveland Tam i |

This putter is a very good product. If you are in the market for a new stick, you need to try this putter. The best feature, in my opionion, is the distance control from longer type putts. You may not sink them all, but it sure is nice when all thats left is inside the leather. Similar Products Used: Zebra, STX , |

I'm still learning how to putt, period, so I was skeptical about how much a club could help. But I've cut way down on three-putts, and my lag putts are much closer to the hole. If I miss 5- to 8-footers, it's because I lined up wrong -- I'm getting far fewer putts sliding way past the hole or coming up way short. I just have better feel, and can trust my own athleticism and ""touch."" I haven't really tested intentional heel or toe hits -- but I feel like I can get a true pendulum going because of the weighting. It's by far the best putter I've ever tried. Customer Service I don't have an experience with the manufacturer, but I have to give this a 5-birdie value rating because I won a bid for $49 to buy this club with one of the online auction sites. I'm still seeing the retail price at $149 and discounts at no less than $129. So I got value, for sure. Similar Products Used: None |

Great feel and deadly accurate. The large head provides a nice, natural pendulum feel and the aluminum/tungsten face provides a soft, true roll. I like this putter! Similar Products Used: Ping ZING, Zebra, Acushnet (blade) |

The carbite zm is the best putter on the market. Ive dropped almost ten strokes off my score. My putting accuracy is insane. They are so forgiving you have to almost try to miss an 8 footer. Buy one today it will do amazing things to your game. Similar Products Used: None |
