I don't care what anybody says about these putters. They are the BEST! It keeps the ball straight and true. If you miss a putt it was because of your alignment. The fist time I went out I had 30 putts for 18 holes. I even sank a 20-footer. These are the best money can buy.

I've dropped 5-8 stokes off my round with the ZG. Very easy to line up, great feel. I can focus on the rest of my game now without putting worries.

Point and shoot accuracy if you give the ball the proper speed. Ball explodes off the insert on contact. Putter head is heavier than other putters which I like because it feels like a pendulum when I'm putting and prevents me from misdirecting my stroke.

I love this putter. I have dropped 5 strokes off easy. The forgiveness is amazing. Intentional heel or toe hits still go amazingly straight. For over the $125 mark it may sound pricey, but not as pricey as some others. Some of the Pings are over the $150 mark and aren't half as forgiving as this. I have had a lot less 3 putts thanks to this beauty of technology. Overall, this is the best putter on the market. PERIOD.

I've been putting with a blade putter for over 5 years. My problem was my putts are often short. And on long putts (>25') the balls often don't go as straight. A friend had suggested trying a mallet putter with heavier heads. I've tried several mallet putters and was not satisfied with their performance. I saw the Carbite informercial about 9 months ago and was skeptical at its claims. I finally decided to give it a try few weeks ago. After few swings at the store, I thought I take it out to the course for a real test. Why not? With a 30-day money back guarantee from the store, there was nothing to loose. Well, the putter did exactly what it claimed on the informercial. I've knocked in a few 30' putts or getting them closer to the hole than my blade putter. The only thing that I am complaining is that I don't have the touch with short putts with this putter as I do with my blade putter. That might just need time to get adjust to. I've managed to cut 5 strokes with this putter on my first on-course trial. The $150 price tag is a little steep for a putter, in my opinion. My blade putter w/ graphite shaft was only $50. But like Martino said, it is a better investment than a $400 Titanium Driver. I will take a 30' putt any day over a 300yd drive.

This is an excllent product that lives up to it's advertising: Off-center hits indeed do go straighter than with other putters, and with more consistant distance. I have used this putter for several months and still love it. It is very consistant.

The ZG is deadly accurate. Just point it and let 'er rip. The heavy head aides in a proper pendulum-like swing. It is very easy to line up. Love it.

The first point I must mention is that putter was shipped overseas from Edwin Watts in 4 days! This is a huge acheivement when it took three weeks for a part to be delivered from the midwest to New York last summer by another company! This product is easily the most forgiving, easy to use product I've enjoyed in a looong time, and I found myself missing some shots due to the fact that I was so used to compensating for off-centre hits as well! I couldn't believe that this thing was so accurate. It seemed to deliver the ball to the exact spot I wanted it as if it was on rails! The alignment was simple, the thing practically aimed itself, and the feel off the face was incredible! The ball glided smoothly off, perfectly every time, but it still tells you when you miss the sweet spot. It was a bit heavy, but this was not a problem, and was for smoothening that erratic swing we all seem to have once in a while. The looks can also be described in one word: cool, but high tech, and surgical precision come to mind as well! Accurate from 30 feet, deadly inside 12. Remember, there are two things that can make you a better putter: This baby, and CONCENTRATION!

I spent a long time comparing putters, purposefully hitting them exactly 1/2 ball width off center (the side of the ball directly on the center line), and checking the results. The Carbite indeed blew away all competitors, including the Never Compromise. It's a bit of an ugly stick, but the ZM to me was the least ugly. It's also not face balanced, but I can live with that. I cut it down and weighted it a bit more with lead tape -- I like a nice short, heavy putter. It's been working wonderfully for me. I got a demo for $85 including shipping, from: http://www.wholesalegolfequipment.com/carbitegolf.html It had a few minor scratches, nothing more than it would have if I had played it for a few rounds. I'm very pleased, I think I've finally found my putter.

Maybe off center hits don't lose much distance and stay on line. However, the face produces a very muted sound and feel...so while the manufacturer's claims may be accurate, I was still with little feedback to dial in what distance to hit the putt. Like the Never Compromise line much better. As a note, I've seen these putters as low as $99 on the web.
