Please do not discount these clubs until you have hit them a couple of times. Once you get over the large looking shaft you will absolutely love the clubs. Set up is very square to the target and easy to swing (much better than the Callaways). Traded a set of Titleist 981's for these. People said I was crazy until this past weekend when I shot my lowest score ever, a 69. Others in the group were grabbing them out of my bag and setting up behind them. Very strong lofted irons. You will fly greens when you first take them out. For those of you who say no feel, get rid of the rocks you're hitting and hit a good ball, a manly ball, yes, the Lady Precept. Also, put on some Wynn grips, the Wilson grip will rip your hands up if you hit a lot of range balls. Customer Service Bobby at Golf Etc is great, give him a call. Very good clubs...very happy that I bought them.THESE clubs give u about 15 extra yards..which can really help your game. But you have to easy swing them or you'll end up hitting short or shanking it. Similar Products Used: None |

Good distance from the irons with annoying slice. Beats hacking around with my antique Arnold Palmer Powerpoints. Need to move on - looking to re - test latest Taylormade Firesole and Callaway X-14s. Last year I could not differentiate performance between Yamato high modulus graphites and steel shafted top brands. Similar Products Used: Novice on clubs. Arnold Palmer Power Points - 40yr old! |

Tried these out as a demo set and had an overall mixed review. The positive is they hit a ton had to drop a whole club because I kept overshooting the greens. The forgivness is okay not the best but not the worst. the loft is good the ball flies pretty high not as much as my maxfli's though. the negative they have absolutly no feel!!!!!!!!! it's like swinging a louiville slugger at the ball. the graphite shafts may cure this but the steel's were horrible. the ball would come off hot but to unpredictable. would not recommend for people trying to score instead of whack the ball. These are really great irons. They are very receptive in the way that you can feel the ball going off the club face. They are really good for yardage control. It just seems like you know you have the right club in your hand when you pick the one you are using. I recently made 3 birdies in a row for the first time ever, all tap-ins as a result of great irons shots. I am a big fan of stiff shafts however I switched to regular flex irons because these shafts show not a sign of whippiness. Similar Products Used: Original Fat Shafts |
