One of the smoothest clubs I've ever hit. Irons are about 1/2 club longer than my previous set. Nice high trajectory. Perimeter weighting is sensational. On a few shots I've hit on the toe I had almost no loss of distance or accuracy. Club face seems to have a forever sweet spot. These clubs are easy to align at setup which really inspiress confidence. I could have bought the XL 2000's for less money but they didn't have as sweet of feeling at impact. Try 'em. You won't be sorry.

Customer Service

Excellent, but it's moot now as the company has declared bankruptcy. I special ordered mine 1/2 inch over and 3 degrees upright. They arrived exactly as ordered.

have had a set of top flite o/s tour irons for 5 years and needed a change. was going to go for ta5 clevelands or taylormade 320 series but after reading good things about the latest top flites on this web site I decided to purchase.price was great compared to other brands.have played about 5 rounds and the biggest difference to my old set is the softness when you make solid contact.the precision shafts seem to dampen some of the vibration ?? ball fight is highish but very accurate, longer irons are easy to hit ,especially the 3 iron.would say I am getting 1/2 a club more in distance at least.the sand wedge which was included in my set is very good .am sure these clubs are worth twice the asking price!!

Reg steel shafts. these clubs are very straight very long[esp the long irons] the titan steel is soft feeling but explosive. They cannot work a ball like a forged blade due to the quite large sole. This is the only drawback for a low handicapper .The shafts compliment the clubs perfectly and are solid through impact. These are as good a club as i have hit and shame some of the well known brands for quality as well as performance. They can be used the handicap range but possibly suit the 5 -12 golfers a little more than any others

Great club. I've researched this club for the past months. It was time to upgrade from my beginners set (Wilson department store model). Outstanding feel. I used to hit 8 irons from 150...can now reach it with a 9 iron. I shoot in the low 90s and high 80s but I know this club will get me down to the low 80s.

I had been researching these clubs for months, and i finally decided to buy them after reading reviews of guys cutting 10 and 11 strokes off their game, i normally have 2 or 3 birdies each round(HCP 12), but since i bought these clubs, i have been reaching every green giving mysef the oppurtunity of not only birdies but eagles on par 5s. i recently played in captains day, i proceeded to win the competition with these clubs, by 14 strokes, 3 over!! i recommened them to all golfers. They hit straighter, feel better and look amazing. Definite must.

I was looking for a new set of irons & had pretty well decided to get a set of Tommy Armour 845's which have been selling very cheap on ebay for new ones. I just happened to read the reviews on the new Top-flite tours & they sounded great & when I checked for pricing it was great as well. I found a brand new set with R graphite shafts for $185 on ebay & got them. I hadn't been playing with a full set of 3-pw irons for a while because I didn't really need 3 different 150-yd clubs in my bag :) so I havent been carrying a 3 or 4. I have just played 3 rounds with my new Top-flites and I must say that I got one heck of a bargain! I am getting 190-200 yds with my 3 iron and dead straight, as are all the rest of them. I haven't used my fairways woods at all...no need! They set up perfectly and hit nice and sweet and long with little effort....and they actually look very attractive. They might even be worth the $450 msrp if necessary. While these might not be the sticks for some of the semi-pros out there, I recommend them to anyone needing to improve their iron play, especially when price is right.

UNBELIEVABLE VALUE!! These irons helped me drop my handicap from 110 down to 91 in two months. I can not believe the distance and accuracy I have gotten out of this value priced set. Over one full club length in distance and extremely straight. Not to mention they look pretty sweet also. Have hit clubs costing much more, including the new x-16s, and none of them feel as good to me as the Top-Flites. I made the purchase after researching them for almost a month, and am definetly not regreting my decision. Would definetly recomend to anyone with a high to mid handicap wanting more distance and lower scores. No need to spend hundreds more.

The new Top Flite Tour Irons (2003)must be the biggest secret in golf. Top Flite has gone under as a Company and now I know why these excellent sticks were never marketed. The clubs are great to look at...the set up is intuitive (meaning that you are most often aiming the club head properly). Distance is truly above average with a high (not balooning trajectory). The clubs are very easy to use around greens. The feel is bit hard (hey, these are not forged, but for the price they feel SENSATIONAL). The ball flight tends to be straight, straight, straight .... you can fade and draw, however, these sticks want to go straight!! I honestly believe that if Taylor, Callaway or Titleist had their name on these clubs they would be selling like hotcakes! Bottom line....buy them ASAP...the price/performance ratio is the best in golf!!!

Great Clubs, had previous model Top Flite tours and gave them to my nephew for his birthday. Tried several different clubs but could not justify the additional cost. I lent my clubs to my brother who plays about 3x a year and he could not believe how well they felt, he will be buying a set soon. My handicap has stayed at a 6, but I am only able to play about once every two weeks now. Easy to hit, easy to align and nice feedback for a club you can get for about $200. I can't see any reason to pay $450 for a set of irons when these can be had for half that amount. My wife says I'm just cheap but I have hit clubs that cost 3x as much but and may look more impressive in my bag, but they won't win me any more skins than my tours have.

I originally had XL2000's, sold those (Big Mistake) and got some carbon steel forged cavity backs. Wanted my XL2000's back. Decided to get the new model and glad I did. These are the very best irons I have ever hit. I've hit a little of everything. They are incredibly long and feel great. I have had to adjust to hitting the ball so far (Avg 9 iron dist 160 yards) but they are as accurate as they are long. I am confident that my 5 handicap will be down to scratch by the end of the summer with these clubs. Top Flite has something with these. Best I've ever hit.

Customer Service

Only had them two weeks, haven't had to use it yet.
