One word--unbelievable! These 695's are like butter, wish I would have bought them when they first came out. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a great easy to hit iron set to try these, don't let the experts who say you have to be a 5 or less scare you away. I would recommend getting the lie angle adjusted, off the rack this set was up to 3* off on a few of the clubs?? Hit em straight--make the putt=good times!

Purchased 3 weeks ago after reading reviews. Generally shoot low 90's. Have been to the range twice and golfing twice since the purchase from ebay. First 9 holes shot a 38, played 18 today and shot 84. Clubs are fantastic, unreal when you hit the sweet spot. Very straight and generally as long as my Mizuno's. Noticed short irons not playing as long, not sure why at this point. Trajectory is exacatly what I wanted, more boring than high, especially the 3 iron. Usually I hit a 7 wood from 200 yards, hit a 3 iron 210 to the middle of the green and today hit one 220 off the tee...love it!! I have found that I am concentrating more and I have had some mis-hits, easy to tell what you did wrong, distance suffers but not too bad. I golf about 12-15 times a year and have no problems hitting these clubs. Would strongly recommend them.

These irons are amazing they carry as far as i hit my old irons (srixon ad 400) and they spin off a 5 iron. I played on 12 stentmeter greens and the control on them was amazing i would land it in the middle and they would barely move. not very forgiving, but if you hit them in the sweet spot dont worry about the distance it will get wear you need to do

I bought these clubs about a month ago and i love them. But for the first couple of weeks i struggled to ajust to the much smaller head and forgiveness level. In my mind you need to be a pretty good golfer in order to invest your money in a club with this little forgiveness. if your not a very good golfer these clubs can very easily hurt you.

Titleist is the LEADER. These clubs are simply awesome.

As you set up over your shot, the thin top line just gives you confidence, before you begin your backswing. I usually shoot mid to low 80's and high 70's here and there. But even if you have an 18 handicap, don't hesitate to try these clubs. Stay down and through the shot and you will be rewarded. I hit these more accurate and with more confidence than my previous cobra cavity backs.

Never say never, but I will have a difficult time ever switching back to a cavity iron again.

Best irons I have hit in my life. They have forced me to become a much better ball striker. Bad hits are punished, good swings are rewarded! Don't be afraid of these irons, they will FORCE you to work on your game. Wish I had tried them sooner!

I said I would give a more comprehensive reveiw once I had played with thes for a while so here it is. I have played with these irons for about 6 months now and i truly love them. Knock down shots are a breeze. Draws, fades, you name it. These irons do exactly what you tell them to do. There is no guess work as long as you are putting a decent swing on the ball. the only limiting factor about these irons is the fact that you must be a decent ball striker. If you are not hittin the sweet spot these irons will not perform.

Really great irons...precise shot-making tools. I grew up playing my dad's old blades, so I actually feel more confident with a blade at address than I do with a cavity-back, even though my handicap is higher (around 13). If you can find the sweet spot on an iron consistently and know how to shape shots, these irons are for you. Don't be afraid if you have a handicap over 10--if you are confident in your iron shots and like the look of a blade, these irons are still useable. These irons really do what you tell them to--the face doesn't square all by itself, essentially (like it does in more forgiving irons). If you swing for a fade, the ball will do so, and if you swing for a draw, the ball will follow suit. Set up to hit high, and the ball will go high...set up for a low shot, and it will go low. Very unlike game-improvement irons, which are designed to produce rather consistent height and spin even if you try to do otherwise. No funny business here. This can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how you look at it!

Bottom line here is: If you want irons that let YOU dictate the shot to be played, then these are for you. But buyer beware--if you don't hit the sweet spot consistently, and/or you have slower clubhead speed (less than 80 mph with a 5 iron), don't buy these...you'll be fighting them, rather than working with them.

A final note: You probably know to do this already if you are considering these irons, but GET FITTED! These irons need to be set up for YOU in order for you to obtain maximum results. Fortunately, these forged heads are a breeze for qualified techs to adjust. Check the shafts--mine came with True Temper S300 which are supposed to be stiff, but they actually tested at X-flex.

I just got my set of Titleist 695mb irons with S300 shafts and I can honestly say that they are the best feeling and performing irons that I have ever owned. They have a great buttery feel. I can take them on the range and just pound balls for as long as I want. The shock factor is just gone compared to any cast cavity back irons. I am a 7 handicap and these clubs are definitely going to improve my game. They have a lower trajectory, but hold the greens well. They are probably half a club longer than the Ping I3's that I had been playing. With these irons I can't wait to hit my next shot with them. If you like to hit down on the ball and take a nice divot, you will love these irons!!
