Have never been a TM iron fan but after playing the R7 425 TP driver and fw woods i figured I would give these a try. Very easy to hit and work any direction you want. May switch to project-x shafts but right now I don't want to be without them for the repair time. They are worth every bit of money.

I recently sold my set of MP-60's with the the project rifle x in them for these. When I ordered them, I wanted the project x in them again but after waiting 2 months because of back order and possibly another 2 month wait, I opted for the flighted rifle 6.0. I have to say with this iron and shaft combo, I am hitting these irons 5-10 yards longer depending on the club than the MP-60s. When I played the first time I was so confused with the distance difference, but I played today and same result. I am not saying that everyone will gain from this iron the way I have, but I do say I am very pleased with the end result and thinking maybe that Project X is a little stiffer than most think, the old standard flighted rifle is a great shaft and not much upgrade charge.

I was way over dew for a better set of irons.Played x14 callaways for six years.I tested titleist 735 /callaway x-20 tour/ R7 tp.My pick R7. Feel/shaping /distance.R7 by far the better club.I did use project-x 6.5 shaft it made it that much nicer.

It is a nice iron, but not as soft as the original LT's. It might be a little more forgiving than my MP-60's, but not by much. I have Project X shafts in them.

These irons that I discribed below are by no means an iron the higher, 10-20 handicappers need to avoid. Don't believe what you see written about "these are not for the higher handicappers" or "players clubs for the lower handicappers". I'm a 12-14 and I play them VERY well.

In fact, my 1st 3-rounds were 84, 82 and 83.

Go demo a set or a 6-iron and see what I mean.
