At easy courses, I usually shoot in the 80's,but at the hard or rgular ones,I am usually in the mid-low 90's. I bought these irons on sale two days ago and took them out to a challenging course. I shot an 84! Finally,a set of irons that are workable but can also be hit dead straight. Long irons fly high and have great distance(easy to get in the air and hold greens). Nice accuracy, workability and distance. Best iron I've ever hit. Customer Service None Similar Products Used: Pingi3,eye2,Hogan Apex Plus,X-14,CxI,990's,Mizuno(everything.Nothing comes close. |

These are the finest clubs I have ever tried. They have the perfect feel for me. I tried out several clubs and never seemed to mis-hit the firesoles. Also, I got a high performance club at a great price. I originally was not a fan of the head shape, but grew to love it after hitting the clubs. These clubs went on sale a few weeks ago because they are being discontinued. Sweet clubs. From inside 150 these things are deadly accurate. Only complaint: I wish the rifile shafts were a tad longer. Similar Products Used: Dunlop, Ping |

Great irons. Very solid, and fun to look at and admire... Anyway, easy to hit, very long, feel great, there isnt anything wrong with them, except the lofts, I think TM has them so weird so that you have to buy more wedges, and they want you to buy theirs! The PW is 45*. Very nifty though, get these or you are cheating yourself! Similar Products Used: None |

Been playing with set for 1 year now. after 2 months took them in to be bent 2 degrees flat, since then have been extremely please with outcome. when hit on the larger than average sweet spot they produce a shot which feels very soft and extremely long and accurate. |

Even though I am a beginner, I can feel the difference between the Cubic Balance and Firesole irons. I can now hit further and more consistently. Despite having started just 2 months ago and I'm a very small guy, I can hit above 120 m with my 6 or 7 iron. Not much vibration for mis-hits. Great irons! Similar Products Used: Cubic Balance |

Taylor Made Firesole irons - Rifle Shaft
I have been playing with Callaway X-12s for about a 18 months and the clubs were fine but for me lacked any real feel in the short clubs. After trying a number of clubs including X14s, Ping, Mizuno, and Titleist I decided on the Firesole irons. Since switching to these irons I have greater control on the shorter irons with more feel. I find delicate shots with the short irons are much easier to judge. The longer irons perform as well as the Callaways. All the irons are easier to hit straight including the 3 and 4 iron (to my surprise !). Distance is slightly up on the Callaways. At address the clubs look great. The top edge is quite thick and that to me looks good (coming from using X12s). I tried both the bubble and the rifle shaft and although the bubble gave greater distance the rifle was more consistent, so I went with the rifle. These clubs are about 0.5 inch shorter than the Callaways and appear to have a slighly thinner grip. I am 5'8" with small hands and I feel because of this I have greater control over the club. I have only played half a dozen rounds with these irons and I am convinced that my game has improved and I can recommend these to anyone looking for a set of irons that are easy to use, easy to control and give great feel. The only thing I have to say against the irons was that they seem to mark up quickly on the face. Similar Products Used: X14s, Ping, Mizuno, Titleist, Supersteel |

I have owned Ping clubs in the past as they were forgiving when hitting them, but I convinced myself after a long while that they were lacking feel and I did not get much distance, so I went on trying other brands and settled for the Firesole with Bubble 2 Graphite Shafts R80. Customer Service My previous Ti 2 Bubble driver cracked (the head) and was replaced by a brand new Firesole Driver (as the the TI 2 was discontinued)That's what I call Customer Service Similar Products Used: Ping IST, Ping Zing, King Cobra 2, Callaway X14 |

I received my set of Firesole Irons two weeks ago. I did a great deal of comparison shopping and hitting before I purchased them. So far, I can't say enough about the feel of these irons. When you hit it solid and the ball comes off the clubhead, you just know your going to be reaching in your bag for your putter with a good chance for a birdie. Similar Products Used: I compared these to the Ping I3, as well as the Titleist DCI. For me, these clubs have a much improved feel over the Ping clubs and shoot off the club better than the Titleist. |
