Taylor Made 200 Series
The 2003 Taylor Made 200 Series is the best set that I have ever played with. With heel to toe weighting and great forgiveness the shot always seems to go very straights and far. The clubs provide a great feel and once you get a feel for the irons, you know your distances and touch very well. These clubs also have a very big sweet spot so it allows almost for a perfect hit every time. If anyone who plays over par and wants to bring it down alot, these are the clubs to try. The forgiveness on them is incredible! Similar Products Used: Spalding Executive Irons, Top Flite Irons, Callaway X-14's |

Before buying these irons, i couldn't rely on my irons for any shot. Especially ones of the 3-7. With these irons, I am able to hit them straight, without the slice that came with my old no namers. Many say clubs don't make a difference, but these did. Customer Service Great Similar Products Used: TM 200 Steel Driver |

I like these clubs a lot. Good feel, forgiving, can work the ball a little. Also strong flights (I think the lofts are a little strong). I got a gap wedge too because there's 10 degrees between the PW/SW. I bought the 200s after failing miserably with mizuno t-zoid pro IIs and last season went from 21 to my current 13.5. The only bad thing was that the lie's where over 3 degrees upright off the shelf. I only recently found out and got them changed and now am able to draw the ball better. I play a lot and the nice grey finish has worn off the faces but the grooves are fine. I also tried Ping i3s and X-14s when I bought the 200s. Hated the pings, X-14s had similar performance but less feel and slightly uglier IMHO. Also more expensive at the time. I paid £450 but these are now a steal at less then £250 in many outlets in the UK. Would recommend to anyone. Customer Service none - but not that impressed about the upright lies off the shelf Similar Products Used: mizuno T-zoid pro II |

I played golf with a friend the other day and noticed he was using new irons the TM 200.I tried out his irons not expecting much and can say I was suprised!!!I can honestly say that if I was in the market for a cavity back iron this would be my first pick. The irons set up great, they are not overly big, and the have only a slight offset that enables you to still be able to work the ball. And best of all they feel terrific!! A hidden gem amongst irons a+ Customer Service no need Similar Products Used: All irons by callaway, ping, cobra, wilson and the likes. |

I decided to buy them after all the positive reviews I read here and I wasn´t wrong. These clubs are great. They are easy to hit, feel great, sound sweet, and distances are good and reliable. Ball flies high and with a lot of spin. I recommend these clubs. For USD 300 you can´t be wrong. After a few classes and about 6 rounds with these clubs I have hit 84 last weekend. |

Tested the Taylor Made 200's against the Titleist 690CB and the Cleveland TA5's. I had my heart set on the Titleist and walked away with the Taylor Made. Much more forgiving than the Titleist. Distance and feel by far the best. The TA5's are very easy to hit but the Taylor Made's require much less effort for maximum distance. There is however a big distance for a sand wedge. Takes a bit of practise to master the half wedge distances. Overall a great club. Similar Products Used: TA5, Titleist 690CB |

Played with Titleist DCI 990's for 3 years and before that I played with Titleist blades. I don't play as much any more so I decided to switch to a mild cavity back for more forgiveness. Very little offset with a thin top line at address. Love these irons from the wedge to the 6 iron. Lofts are a bit jacked up so I had mine bent 2 degrees weak. I was flagging the P Wedge 150 yards? 5, 4 and 3 irons feel a bit muted even when purring them. Shafts are the True Temper Steel Dynalite S90's and I swear they feel like they are lighter then graphite shafts. Overall I would rate these clubs a 8.5 out of 10. If you play with forged blades stick with them unless you start hacking around like me. Probably be in my bag for a few years or until I can start workng the ball like I use too........
