I have a set of orange dot and they are still my favorite. Previously used Titleist, Cleveland, but always come back to the Ping. I need to sell a set of black dot because they were not the proper fit. Reach me at: ckranert@hotmail.com with Ping in the subject line.

Good clubs are hard to find when you are a left handed golfer. Due to a lack of clubs to demo, I settled for a VERY nice set of Mizzuno's. I've played these clubs for three years but could never achieve the accuracy that I needed to break into the 70's. Recently a fellow left handed gentleman was next to me at the driving range. We swapped a couple of clubs just to hit a few balls (as lefties will often do) he had an old set of Ping Zings. I hit about 15 balls perfectly straight and solid, I was hooked. The next day I bought a set of old Zings from e-bay. I've played 18 holes with them three times now, twice I've shot in the 70's. I LOVE these clubs. Not many people upgrade their set by bying a older MUCH cheaper set of used clubs. Thanks Ping!

The Ping Zings are my second set of clubs. My first set being Northwestern Irons that I purchased at Kmart a few years ago. With the Northwestern irons, I was shooting in the mid-high 90s. My first time playing with the Ping Zings (orange dot), I shot a personal record of 84. The ball flew straiter and faster then I have ever imagined. My wife hit a few balls with them and she went out and bought herself a set too. I would recommend these irons to anyone...novice to professional.

These Irons Are absolutly amazing. I can tell you right from the start that when I picked up these Irons the shots were fly straiter and father then anytime before. The graphite shaphs on mine really help to lighten the club and give it faster speed during the swing. I bought these clubs used and they defently helped alot. IT brought my average score from 110 to 95.

I have always been a ping man ever since I started playing in high school. I played ISI''s, I3 Blades, and now Zings. I was motivated to purchase the zings because I was always hearing that they were pings crapiest iron. I bought a set of them brand new on ebay with KT-M shafts, and by God they are great. True they look ugly at address, however, despite what golfers say, they feel great. I am continuing to shoot 72-73 at my club. As for the KT-M shafts, they have not bent yet, however, ping did say that in the event any of the shafts bend, they would re-shaft my entire set with JZ free of charge. What else can I say?

I started to play about a year ago and have never had a lesson. My game naturally improved from the mid-130's to low-120's. I was using a good set of hand me downs when I decided to make an investment in my game. I have used these clubs for about 2 months now, seeing improvement each time out. I hit them high, long, and fairly straight. I have dropped my scores from the 100's to in the 90's. I tried several sets at the store, and these just felt right. I am very happy with my purchase and plan on keeping these sticks for a long time.

The Ping Zings were my second set of purchased irons and despite the exaggerated top toe line, these clubs have proved to very forgiving and a confidence instiller. I have been a Ping man, since I began golfing ten years ago and their products are only getting better and better! I have heard alot of golfers complain that they can't hit the zings, but in my opinion its all personal preference and like the old saying goes, "it the man behind the club". Overall, I truly believe that the Ping Zing is an iron that is extremely forgiving and provides quality feedback.

If you're looking for a set that is decent and forgiving then go get these clubs. Distance is relatively long once you really hit its sweet spot. Accuracy is a given for this club. The only thing that I don't like is its weird shape at address. But its size can solicit a lot of confidence. It can also be a little heavy with its standard steel shafts and thick shaped heads. You can't really shape your shots with this club. And in terms of feel, there aint no feel with this club. If you hit it solid, you'll really be surprised on how far and straight your ball will go, without feeling anything at all. The wedges are really cool, despite its thickness, I guess maybe its beacuse of the size of its heads enable it to catch the ball regardless of its lie. I really wish that more sites would give more reviews about this club. I wonder why it never really became a sought after iron of PING despite its total overall value and performance. To all those who know a little history about this iron, pls email me, or write your own review. Thanks!
