I had an opportunity to receive a deal from Ping on the I3s and did some research online. The few Pings I had swung before felt great and I signed up for the fitting. Fitting was great and that was the first time I hit this club. While they have provided all the forgiveness I was looking for, they do seem to have created a draw that was not there before. Overall great clubs, long consistent and spectacular feel (and look). As most people have noted, I too feel they require some getting used to. I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment from these clubs and the Hoofer bag I got with them. Customer Service Great service, received my order in 7 days total. Dan, the pro at Chippewa Golf Club, spent more than an hour fitting me for my new clubs. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it with each demo club change. The clubs were fit on the driving range. I tell you this because I don't think that you can fit clubs without seeing the ball flight. The clubs took about 10 days to receive from Ping. I did have some problems in the beginning adjusting to my new clubs and at one point thought I had made a big mistake. The mistake would have been giving up. I have had some of the best rounds in my life since switching to these clubs. I had to get used to the added distance I get with these clubs. I flew a lot of greens in the beginning. Now I stick the greens. Great Clubs Give Them A Try. Similar Products Used: Titleist 962, Callaway X-14 |

I bought these clubs for a great price and they have improved my game tremendously. They are very forgiving but you can still control your shot. A bit pricy but if you have the cash, get these. If not try the Taylor Made Supersteels. Those were also a very solid iron. Similar Products Used: Cobra Gravity Back, Armour 845 O-size, Taylor Made Supersteel, Calloway X-12, X-14 |

These are everything they are advertised to be. A very consistent iron with an above-average OEM shaft that works for a better player as well as a high-handicapper. I have lowered my handicap by 2 strokes from a 7.3 to a 5.3 since putting these in my bag. One warning, they are harder to work into a fade than most clubs.... I've had these clubs about 8 months and I love the feel. I tend to hit the ball a little left, but i can live with a draw. The long irons are great (3-5). I just have to learn to swing smoothly and not try to kill it. Chipping has been a little problem, maybe due to the extra bounce. Overall, they play and fell wonderful. Customer Service The service has been good. At first they told me my clubs would take about 3 weeks, but they got them to me in just over a week. FANTASTIC!! I find that the Ping i3 O-size to be a very accuarate club. They are not as long as Cobras or Calloways bit theya re certainly adequate. I am about 1/2 club shorter than my old Cobras but much more consistent and a hogher degree of accuaracy. Similar Products Used: KC Cobras, Calloways |

I believe this is the best iron on the market right now because of three things, distance, accurcay, and foregivness. as soon as I put them in my bag next to my PING TiSI I became the best player on our high School team. So thing only one thing when you go to the pro shop, BUY PING!!!! Customer Service I got them fast and a go warranty Similar Products Used: Callway X-12 and X-14, the Taylor Made Firesoles and Super Steels, and the Titlesit 990. |

It was finally time for a new set of clubs. I have been playing a set of orginal Callaway Big Bertha Irons and loved them. I demo'ed the Pings and the Titleist 981/990s and the Callaway steel heads. I really liked the 981's but I always wanted a set of Pings. The Pings are a great set of clubs and I am happy I purchased them. I was custom fit and I believe that the fit makes a big difference. I am hitting the ball more accurate and with better consistanly than before. The ball flight is a natural high draw with these clubs. The clubs are plenty long, but not as long as the Callaways. The accuracy is a favorable trade off and long and wrong is not better and short and on line. I would reccommend these clubs to anybody. They are a great set of clubs and would improve any game. I was worried about the smaller head and thin top line, but these clubs set up great and after a few rounds you dont notice the difference. I purchased the 4 iron through sand wedge as it is the same price, I recently purchased the 2 iron. the long irons are easy to hit off the tee of the fairway. Customer Service Ping has a great web page and great customer service Similar Products Used: Ttileist 990 and 981, Callaway steel heads |
