I'm a scratch player with a very quick and fast swing tempo. I hit the ball very high and long and need a little better control all around. I was looking for a club that would enable me to get better from my current level of play. Playing close to par the 2 things I'm looking for are "feedback" from the club and control on the misses. These sticks give me both, and that's why there in the bag now. I'm hitting the stiff shafts, which give the set a nice connected feel for me. They are currently D-0's down the line from NIKE but I'm going to add a swingweight or two (strictly because of my swing speed and characteristics, not the sticks). The 3 and 4 gets up OK and sits pretty well too. Nice penetrating ball flight essential on the long irons. Tough to play a big hook or fade with them, but what you give up there you pick up in a tighter overall dispersion. The 5,6 and 7 swing well and turn over nice in the air...don't just balloon and drop dead. Personally, I'm having hard time getting them to fly as high as I'd like them too. This is an issue of preference again, not the stick. A little lead tape down low should fix that so i'm not worried. The scoring irons are sweet, and that's what I like most about them. Like butter...silky smooth, soft and provide excellent feedback. These clubs (the blades) will hit any shot you have the guts to hit. Ball flight for me needs to be a tad higher, but again that's me not the stick...I'll call the club doctor again for that one. For a mixed technology attempt they maintain a "decent" consistency from cavity back (3,4) to hybrid (5,6,7) to muscleback blade (8,9, PW). I think I'm noticing the slight differences between the transitions and once you know what they mean for your game you can go about streamlining them by smoothing them over with a little club doctoring. Really no biggie so long as you can feel it. Also, I had to adjust lie angles on the 3, 5 and 8 which were a little upright for me out of the box and therefore I was catching them about a 1/4" toward the heel from center. We dialed it by flattening anywhere from 1-2 degrees each stick. No problem now. In summary, I think this is a GREAT stick for a lower handicap player who can feel them the way they are made to be felt. The forged feel is sweet and the ball plushly jumps off them. They are very consistent and accurate if you make a good pass. 3-7 will forgive the finer player plenty. Not the case to the same extent with the scoring irons, but still good enough for a better player. Overall though, the misses aren't that bad (actually pretty good) and the club definitely lets you know what you did to offend it...excellent feedback from the entire lineup I thought. Me? I love them for me and think they'll be worth the cash. I wouldn't recommend them though to a player who doesn't strike it fairly clean consistently and play in the 70's or low 80's. If that's your game, then this club would definitely not hurt your game...you can only get better with it unless your playing a nice blade already. If you hit your blades just "OK", then try these. Another tid-bit. I paid full price ('bout 8 bills) at Pro Golf Discount because I can take them up there whenever I want to tweek loft, lie and they help me through the doctoring process which I'm forever tinkering with. Plus, any repairs are free. I see them going for $550-$650 on E-Bay. Yeah,...I'm kicking myself. Something to consider anyway depending on your situation.

After 4 years playing Taylor Made Firesole's I was long overdue to graduate to some forged blades. I checked out everything on the market and was all set to buy some Mizuno MP 30's, a fine club. Then I saw the Nike's and by craftsmanship and cosmetics alone, I was courted into trying them. Butter, PURE. Trying them meant buying them. Click the 5 iron, 180 yards right by the hole. The FEEL is unreal. They increase my enjoyment of playing so much, my game is completely re-energized. This is a true evolution in club technology, which I predict will be copied by many club manufacturer's. These clubs look like jewelry. They are like 3 sets of clubs in one, and this is where I will submit a small cavaet and a suggestion. Go to practice with the long irons, the mid-irons and short irons on separate occasions. Take your time. The progressive nature of the clubs demands a bit of getting used to on set up. After one range session and one practice run, I shot even par at Pukalani, here on Maui! God they feel good. No, I don't work for Nike, I am just blissed out over these clubs! I have heard of people not liking the stock shafts, and I don't understand this at all. The weight seems perfect, and the flex just right. I chose regular shafts, as I am a feel player, and consider most steel shafts too stiff. I use Stiffs in my graphite woods, but prefer regulars in my irons. I understand that Bridgestone (who makes most balls) makes the shaft, and Precept assembles the clubs. The quality could not be higher. What are you waiting for? Go for it!

Excellent clubs. The feel is very smooth. Reshafted the irons with Dynamic Golg s300 shafts. Did not like the stock shafts at all as they were too light for my taste. Highly recommend. The looks are up to an individual's interpertation but the feel and quality can not be denied. Great clubs, don't know if I would pay 1000 for them though.

Customer Service

Great with a live line you can call for help.

Just purchased a set at our fall golf show and they are the BEST SET OF IRONS I HAVE EVER HIT! True forged feeling on solid hits and thye will let you know on poor ones 9not overly harsh however) Long irons are very easy to get up in the air and the distance is caparable to the Ping I3 irons I traded to get these. Middle irons are solid performers and the blade short irons are true scoring clubs. I normally shoot in the low 80s and high 70s but I am sure these will help get me in the 70s more consistently. GREAT CONCEPT. If you can find them cheaper than the $799.00 the are retailing for, snap them up. you won't be disapointed.

None needed yet. will let you know when and if I find out.
