Picked up a new set with 3-PW, and ProForce 75 graphite for $135 and shipping, Ebay. These are GREAT sticks! I am a club junkie, so I have hit most everything, ans I am really impressed. Thought the swingweight might be too light, but a smooth swing and these irons are solid, long and straight. Shafts alone make it worth the price, but the heads are rock solid... very like the Callaway X-14 Tour irons, but to me, they feel better! If you can find a new set like I did, grab 'em! Customer Service NA Similar Products Used: Everything. The big price tags are not an indication of the playability and quality anymore... everything is made in China anyway (except Ping). |

NICKENT GH-PLUS IRONS
I bought these clubs and immediately loved the feel and swingability of the club as well as the looks. I was looking at Cleveland TA-7's, calloway, and PING. The price on these were excellent and quality appeared to be right up there. Have played a dozen rounds with them and have continuously gotten better. Customer Service Stinks! I had the GH plus 360 Ti driver with the UST 65 shaft. It broke right at the hozzle. it was sent back to nickent and took a month to get me another club. The club the sent me was an 8* stiff shaft GENEX. I used it feeling it was an upgrade. This has the head coming loose too. I have tried to contact NICKENT and have had no response. These are excellent clubs! I went to my local Copeland's to test hit the Cleveland TA-5's, Adams IDEA iron, Callaway X-16s and Taylor Made RACs. The salesperson suggested I take a few swings with the Nickent Genex irons too. Very comparable to the Cleveland and Callaways at a few hundred dollars cheaper, so I went with them and haven't regretted it one bit. These are some very forgiving clubs, very easy to hit and very sharp looking. You cannot go wrong with these irons! Customer Service Haven't had to use them yet. I was in the market for a set of forgiving clubs. Like many other folks, I was sold on the x-14's until I ran across these. I loved em from the start. They felt just like the callaways except much lighter in the pocket book. I used these irons to help bring my average score from 125 to 93 in about 1 year. I recently traded them for a set of the pro series x-14's for a bit more workability. Customer Service I broke the graphite shaft on my 3 iron and returned it to international golf. They sent it off to Nickent, who promply replaced it and sent it back, no questions asked. Similar Products Used: Callaway x-14, X-14 pro series, Taylor Made super steel. |

These clubs are awsome! I have been playing with Men's "senior flex" clubs for 2yrs (I'm 5'10")and was satisfied with my old set of Lynx. I received the GH Plus Irons-graphite "A" flex-as a gift and was somewhat skeptical. After only 4 rounds I am convinced--these clubs are SWEET! Incredible distance and feel, even the occasional miss-hit doesn't sting. I love these clubs. Customer Service None Similar Products Used: Lynx Silver Cats TaylorMade Firesoles R80 |

Good over all club for the money. Customer Service After A month I noticed a slight bend in the shaft of my 7 iron. I took it back to Carolina Custom. They sent it off and 5 weeks later they said it was not covered under warranty and wanted 35 bones t |

Was quite skeptical about getting a no name set of irons, but these are the best feeling irons I've ever hit. Has the forged feel of a Hogan, and the forgiveness of the X-14. Excellent value, though I don't know how much longer Nickent will be around (if they even still are). Great mid to high handicapper club. Hits nice and straight and gives me a lot of confidence. Customer Service Excellent service at Wayland Golf. Similar Products Used: Callaway X-14, Callaway VFT, Hogan Apex Tour, Wilson Deep Red, Cleveland TA-5, Nickent GH Plus, Nickent Genex |
