I had the same Ping ISI irons for approx 15 yrs. Liked them and was hitting them better than ever the last few years but thought I should try some new technology. Hit the Mizunos at the shop and they felt better than several others I tested , including Titleist and Callaway. However, I didn't want to pay the price for a new set. Got a great deal on EBay a couple of months ago and I am 100% pleased . I hit the short irons 10 yds longer than my Pings and the middle irons 15-20 yds longer but with less draw. The feel of these at contact is soft but very solid at the same time. Difficult to describe but a very pleasing feel. I have talked to some single-digit players who swear by Mizuno irons and I am understanding why. |

I recently purchased the mx900 and traded in my taylormade racs. I loved my taylormades, but the feel of the mx900's are great and the clubs a great buy |

These are the best clubs I've ever hit ... the results are very predictable. They are slightly longer than the Cobra model I had prior. Love them ... you will as well. Customer Service Very good customer service. I was measured for these clubs Similar Products Used: None |

Superb irons. Mine came with Nippon NS Pro 950 S flex steel shafts, and they are a dream to hit. Well worth the upgrade shaft, as I do not care for the DG SL shaft. Great feel, great balance and the distance, in spite of one bone-head's remarks is just fine.. even a bit longer than many.
Customer Service NA Similar Products Used: Most everything. P.S. Very happy with my Yes Dianna C-groove putter, and my Hogan Sure-out wedges. |

Recently purchased a demo set of MX 900's and am pretty happy with them so far. I formerly played MX 23's and while I am still getting used to a thicker topline on the 900's,they feel very solid and when struck well, provide excellent control. They are slightly less workable, but more than make up for it with better stability on off-center hits. |

The Comments Bert states regarding the MX 900,s beggar belief.Any player with an Objective view would acknowledge that MIzuno are the finest purveyors of Forged iron technology. You hit them in the middle and there is no equal bar None. When going through an inconsistent phase of play i tried Callaways amonst other irons in the search of the Forgiveness (granted not the forged models) but the cast cavity backs X 20,s.I have to say that the clubs felt dead no discernable feedback on whether you hit a good shot or caught one of the toe/heel etc. That nothing feel may be okay for a very occasional player but for club members and regular recreational players. The feel and reward when striking Mizunos Forged irons out of the middle has no equal.I suggest that Bert may have been going through an inconsistent phase of his swinging.Mizunos are of the highest quality and do not deserve a throw away review!such as that posted.
Customer Service Ist Class.General Queeries answered and a fine Website with helpful hints etc. Similar Products Used: All Mizuno MX range 20,23.25 series Previos Comp EZ (very Good)As stated tried Callaway X 20 dissapointing for me on feeland lack of feedback |

Its is extremely hard to believe a review like Bert, considering how muuch these irons have done for my game. They have been extremely forgiving and helped me a bucketload in getting better. They had good distance on the long irons, and good feel on the short irons. |

Great irons. Very forgiving on offcenter hits. picked up distance with every club in the bag. Long irons go long and high, eliminating the need for a hybrid. single handedly lowered my handicap from 14 to 7. took a major step in forgiveness and technology coming from a set of Titleist DCIs. Completely satisfied, would have bought them again! |
