Don,t listen to the peolpe who tell you that you have to hit the ball like Tiger to enjoy these clubs!! I,ve tried most forged and cast clubs and sure they are shorter than cast in terms of distance but they are no harder to use. ENJOY |

Started using Callaway Irons Reg. composite shaft and came up with the conclusion that I wasted two years when I started using MP 30 and MP 67. I regularly play a foursome of younger friends in the 40's and 50's. Against professional advises I picked up the MP 67. The improvement in the playability started when I had it customized. My friends are now asking me to give them a plus. Feels like a hot knife slicing a butter...yes it does. Pick up a target on either side of the flag stick, yes it does. Draw, it can! |

I was eyeing these irons for over a year....finally got them about 4 months ago. Long story short: They feel great, look great, hit great. Down side is I lose a full club. I can make up for it some what by putting the ball farther back in my stance but still lose 1/2 club over my old irons. Accuracy is awesome but if you miss hit your looking at a poor feel and distance --- no forgiveness. Thats the trade off with these. Highly recommendend if you can get over the club lose. |

I think the Mp 67's are great clubs. They have a soft and wonderful hit to them. they feel a bit lighter then the Mp 32's and for me fits my swing better. Dont know if you'll find a better hitting club! Similar Products Used: mp 32's, ping isi's |

I'm about as good a golfer as you are going to find that is not on tour. My irons always have a dime sized wear spot in the center of the clubface because that's exactly where I hit it every time. Unlike other people on these boards, my reviews should be taken seriously because I'm the best ball striker that any of my friends have ever seen. That being said, I think these clubs aren't good enough for me. I hit several pured shots on the range and the feeling was a tad mute for my special tastes. If you went ahead and bought these then you made the mistake of paying way too much money when you could've bought the MP-32 which, in my expert opinion, is better than this model. For the record, the Ping Eye 2 iron is the best ever made. This is not opinion, it is fact. It is the most accurate club ever made and no one will ever reproduce a better club. Customer Service Mizuno knows me by name so unlike other people I get whatever I want. Similar Products Used: Only the best. |

I've been wanting to buy these clubs for a while now. The e-Bay gods finaly smiled on me and I was able to pick them up relatively inexpensively. I made my decision to buy these irons after hitting all makes of Titleist and Mizuno irons. I didn't know much about muscle back, blades, COG etc. These irons simply exceeded all others in feel and the confidence I got standing over them. I shoot in the 90's, and from what I've read, I have no business buying these clubs. When I first went to the range, I think that statement was true. I was inconsistent hitting these clubs simply because I did not have a repeatable and adequate swing. However, that is a good thing. These clubs are actually teaching me how to strike the ball properly. Playing with cavity back irons, I had no idea my swing needed so much work. The ball simply went into the air in the approximate direction I was aiming. Over the last couple of weeks, I've managed to shallow out my swing, fix my swing path, and consequently make solid contact with these irons 9/10 times without lessons. And it's beginning to feel pretty effortless. Let's hope the trend continues. I am having issues with distance. I am at least one club length off. Use to hit 9 iron about 154, now down to 145ish. 7 was 176 now need a 6 to get there. I knew that going in based on the simulator read outs. The other problem is that my ball flight seems to be too high with these. It may be my swing, but I was expecting a much more penetrating ball flight on those hits that feel like butter. Could be the shaft flex. They are fitted with S300. My driver has a X100 shaft and I love the solid feel. That's right a steel shaft 1" shorter than stock-don't laugh :). Therefore, I am thinking about changing the shafts to X100's. Perhaps that will keep the ball down a bit. The natural shot shape with these iron seems to be a draw. However, no problems hitting a fade. All-in-all, a great club and worth every penny if only because it taught me how to swing the club correctly. These are better than the medicus as a teaching device. No joke. Length 3/5. Accuracy - 5/5 Feel 5/5 Looks 4.75/5 (get rid of the "Mizuno" on the head). If anyone has any advice for my swing/shafts based on this info. please let me know. Hope this review helps. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: N/A |
