Mizuno Comp EZ S300 Sensicore Steel
Played with ISI K JZ steel for a long time, then tried out TM 320 S90 Steel as well Hogan Apex Plus BUT the Comp EZ felt the best. The Comp EZ has a great sweet spot and the clubs is asking it self to go straight and long. The 7-3 felt extremely easy to hit with the 3I having a lower trajectory compared to PING. This is a great club and highly recommended for those looking for replacement, slightly expensive compared to TM320 but worth it. Check out the face for uneven countour before buying sometimes face not consistently flat. Grip could be better Similar Products Used: McGregor, Ping ISI K, Hogan Apex Plus, Mizuno MP 33 |

Without a doubt the finest oversize head available. Head does not appear large at address. Play to 9 handicap. Have never hit a better all round club. Great distance, forgiveness, and ball flight with unsurpassed feel. Similar Products Used: Demo'd just about all. Many manufacturers are attempting to build a forgiving club with forged feel. This is the only one I have tried that achieves it. |

This club is forgiving, but it took me a while to switch from my Firesole to Comp EZ. Once I got the hang of it,mmmmmmm, it feels so good. Forgiving yet well balance. Huge sweet spot. I lost about 5 ~ 10 yards using the club. Overall, I am happy. Similar Products Used: Ping I3, Hogen Apex Plus, Calloway hawkeye, firesole & Titleist 981 |

Yeah these irons are great. First of all they look cool, very sleek, clean look, but not as cool as the MP14's or the Mp33's. These are very soft, and when you get a perfect shot, oh baby, it's like you didn't even hit the ball, feels like you missed it because its so soft. I didn't lose distance with these, almost the same as my old irons (well maybe I've gained about half a club). Forgiveness is great, not too harsh (...that's where the Sensicore comes in, a little less vibration). These aren't exactly the easiest irons to work though, but most of the times you'll get the results you need. These irons will last me maybe 2-3 more years, and then I'll finally get my dream set (MP33s), or maybe even something better. By then Mizuno will come out with something cooler. Anyway, these are great irons. Similar Products Used: None |

Great feel is what sold me on these handsome clubs. That and the reviews on this site! Definately not a let down. Exactly what I wanted in my irons, something I could grow in to, that would give me feedback and at the same time provide forgiveness and feel. Only trouble I've had thus far is flying them right over greens. They are so much longer than my old sticks. When struck pure, it is like you've swung right through the ball. When struck anywhere but the sweet spot, you get strong feedback, but still solid ball flight. Buy them. Similar Products Used: Titleist 981, Ping I3, Maxfli Revolution Midsize |

I demo'd these irons along with the Hogan Apex Plus. In my mind the Mizuno's were the best. I ordered a set with Rifle 5.5 shafts, 2 degrees upright , 1/2" longer than standard. These are the best of both worlds, I get the feel of a forged club with the forgivness of a cavity back cast iron. The reviews from this site are right on about this club. They are easily a club and a half longer than my previous set. Customer Service so far, so good. Similar Products Used: Ping Eye II, Titleist DCI 962 & 990, Wilson Fat Shaft RM Forged. |

Played them for a week on a tough Madeira course last week. Great stuff. At first not as easy to use as you might think but gradually: super sticks. especially the P through 6 and the F wedge. Very accurate off the tee on the par 3s. Similar Products Used: None |

Waited 11 years to get a new set of irons. Had them shipped from the Manufacture. Worth the wait. I hit one club longer, but the most impressive feature, is the way they set up over the ball. The clean lines make alignment much easier than I had with my Ping Eye 2. Certainly live up to their rating. Similar Products Used: Ping Eye 2s, Taylor Made Firesole,Calloway Hawkeye |
