retired 7 years with a new set of Ping irons. Never could master these with steel shafts. Switched to Cobra 2 years ago with senior graphite shafts.Am now 20 yds longer with half the effort.Went from the high 90s to the low 80s. Great clubs!

These things were awful. They are heavy and clunky. Absolutely no feel or playability. Wedge is especially difficult to read on any hit. I sold mine after 4 months. I am now playing Ping ISI. Love 'em.

I love these clubs, they have a real solid feel, the reduced offset keeps me from hooking the ball, the smaller head makes the club better from all different lies, while still being very forgiving. I also recomend the King Cobra Trusy Rusty.

Haven't played too much with my Cobra's yet, but I like what I see so far. Easy to hit the ball straight. Off center hits seem to lose a lot of distance, but they always go straight. With the offset I tend have a little draw on my 3 iron. (better than the big slice before!)

Model Reviewed: KC II Men's w/ hump graphite shafts

The KC IIs are easy to swing and forgiving to the point of embarassment. I have hit absolutely atrocious mid-iron approaches that, against all reason, still end up within 15 feet of the pin. They produce a low, boring, wind-resistant trajectory that is all carry and little roll, even with the mid-irons. Distance for each iron is predictable. I now hit more greens in regulation than ever. Mild draws and fades are possible without getting in too much trouble. The one trade-off is trajectory control; shots never balloon, but long knock-downs seem impossible, even with a 4-iron. Maybe the hump or Apollo steel shafts are better for this.

THEY ARE A VERY FORGIVING CLUB. THEY ARE HARD TO WORK THE BALL WITH. IF YOU ARE A PLAYER THAT DOES NOT LIKE TO WORK THE BALL THEY WOULD BE GREAT FOR YOU.
