This is the best feeling iron I have hit. I''''ve played for over 30 years and have been Callaway''''d, Taylor Made''''d, Wilson''''d, Titleist''''d, Rams''''d, etc. What got me to looking was how well I hit their Launcher. Be sure and try several shaft options. I have a new confidence that I didn''''t have before. My overall iron play has gotten 25% better. I thought I would have a hard time getting used to the offset but doggone it, I should have done this a lot sooner. There''''s also a part of me that doesn''''t like playing what "EVERYBODY" else does but I don''''t want to sacrifice quality. With the TA-7''''s, I got ''''em both. Customer Service Just call them or send an e-mail. They are absolutely amazing!!! They resond e-mail in less than 24 hrs. I sent one e-mail on Friday night and I got my reply by 10:00 am Saturday morning. Similar Products Used: See above. |

After using a Cleveland Duo Rail fairway wood, I was impressed enough to look at Cleveland when in the market for a new set of irons. I actually was set on the TA5''s, but I decided a quick hit on the TA7''s was not out of the question. I stuck with the TA7''s because they were a challenge to me. I found that the club will let me know if I have hit a bad shot, well before I look up to see the ball. Hittling these reminded me of a good set of forged clubs, and the necessity to hit the sweet spot. I was very happy to discover that, when I did swing like I should, I was justly rewarded with a satisfying, long shot. My irons distance has improved slightly, and my consistency is markedly better. Overall, well worth the money, although I wouldn''t pay full retail for them, not when thay are available for so much less Similar Products Used: Cleveland Launcher Duo Rail |

By far the best clubs I''ve ever played with, and I''ve played with them all. They are at least 1 club longer then other clubs I''ve played with. Great feel, very forgiving, good trajectory, easy to swing and very responsive. If your like me and work the ball occasionally, then this club will allow you too, maybe not like a blade, but for most, I''m trying to hit it straight. Good for all handies and helps you develope a better understanding for our swing. Great club! Similar Products Used: Miz Pro I, Cleveland ta5, Titleist 990, Ping, Cals. |

I listened to all the hipe from the saleman, hit them in the net and bought them. I have to admit, I like to take a demo to the range but this time I was in need of a set of irons after having my set stollen. I quickly learned that I will never make that mistake twice. The clubs set up strangly and are clunkee. The feel was plastic, and they are at least one club short on solid hit over most clubs I have tried. They also failed in accuracy and forgiveness. I have played most clubs out there and I even let several friends try these to see if I was way off base. All agreed with my comments. I did learn on thing about Cleveland clubs, of all the name brand manufactures Cleveland has the highest profit margin and off commission based sales staff the best money. In fact I know three other golfers who went to other stores and all of the sales staff pushed Cleveland irons. I don''t want to just seem like I am bad mouthing Cleveland, this was my fault for not Demoing the clubs on the range. But this is a true assesment from more than one golfer. Love these clubs. They do everything they are suppose to. Trajectory is great across the set. Long irons are high, but not to high, and short irons are perfect. Great solid feel, and great distance. After the first nine holes I felt as thought I had been playing these for two years. Very very pleased overall. Clubs are also very accurate. These''s run circles around the X14 and DCI''s I had. Perfect blend of a game improvement club and a players club. Stiff steel Customer Service Not used Similar Products Used: Callaway X14, Titleist DCI |

Very solid feeling irons. Sweet hits feel blade like. Progressive offset provides appropriate offset for each iron. Light feeling heads made clubs very easy to swing. I hits these irons next to Callaway X-14, X-14 Pro Series, Taylormade 200, Titleist 862. These clubs were very forgiving, produced best trajectory, and provided the best feel. Cleveland TA 7 Irons
A while back, I tested a large number of irons, including models then available from Titleist, Mizuno, Ben Hogan, Wilson, Ping, Adams, Callaway and others, and fell in love with the Taylormade 320''s. Now I went and made the "mistake" of trying the Cleveland TA 7 irons, and they spoiled me for anything else. They have the smoothest feel I have ever found in an iron, they are straight, and the shot dispersion is even tighter than the Adams GT in my hands. They are 1 club longer than the Taylormade 320''s in all the clubs (the shorter irons have flatter lofts, but even the mid irons with the same lofts are longer with the Clevelands). They are very easy swinging and quite forgiving. There is adequate feedback in less than well-struck shots, but your hands aren''t punished, due to the shock absorbing system. These are the best irons I''ve ever owned or hit. Cleveland has gotten a lot of my money lately Customer Service Excellent help on phone line and they respond to e-mails, too. I''ve never needed repairs. Similar Products Used: Adams GT, Taylormade 320, various Mizuno and Callaway models, Ben Hogan Apex plus and edge, Ping i3-O, and others. |
